Old Hard Chicken !! Really, again i fell for it. I knew i should have not gone to eat there while the evening crew was on. Every time i give them another chance same thing happens. The fried chicken is old & hard to chew, nothing fresh !! Look at picture. So we ordered a mixed meal that includes strips & fried chicken. Strips were good & fresh. Chicken tastes like it was cooked day before and still being served next day. Trust me if its not fresh it gets hard and old after few hours under the warmers. This always happens on the evening shift. Very disappointing after long day at work and just want to come home and have a meal. Stay away from this spot at evening times, trust

Took over 15 minutes to get our order. I went to the counter and asked about our order the kid that had just taken some tenders up and would have it right out. Another 5 minutes they brought our food and the tenders were not hot. They were very hard. This is the second time that I have tried this place and it will be the last time.

Enough is enough, I’m done. First let me say that this review is not just based on 1 visit it’s based on about 10 visits. So over half of those visits we were missing something from the order or it was wrong. Sure the manager is kind enough to make it right but doesn’t help when you realize something is missing and it’s a 15 minute drive back. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE….EVERY TIME!!Then wait for the rude service from the workers when you let someone know that something is missing or wrong. They are the new KFC of Lindale and need to step up their service or follow them out of town.

The manager at this location is so kind. The restaurant is clean and the chicken was fresh when I picked up lunch for my son and his friends. I pray blessings back ten fold for everyone there.

Ordered 3 different meals to go, each with a biscuit and not a single one of them had the biscuit! The order was also missing the mashed potatoes in one of the meals. “Thanks” Jordan! Guess they pick and choose what to include when you order.

Fried chicken was okay. Okra, mashed potatoes and corn were awful. Rolls were okay. But the biscuits were hard enough to drive a nail!

1) the chicken was cold and stale and dry/chewy like jerky.
2) someone had literally eaten half of the mashed potatoes — there were even fork marks left behind as evidence. Unbelievable.
3) cherry on top = I ordered a biscuit but got a roll.
4) I called to see if they would make it right somehow, but the phone rang and rang – they never answered. Yes it was during business hours.
So, I’ll not give them another chance. Too expensive for very poor food and service.
