I used the mobile order to order ahead. When I arrived they assumed it was a doordash order (it was not) and tried to short me almost half of my food.
After making them go get what we thought was all that was missing. We got home only to find out more was missing than originally thought. We tried to call and rectify this issue but they have the phone disabled for the building.
Love chicken express but will never eat at this location again.

I’m very disappointed in chicken express, I was a very devoted customer, ever since they opened the door. not anymore. They gave me food poisoning from their chicken livers, and when I called to tell them about it, The manager said you’re the only one that’s complained and hung up on me. i’m not one to make reviews like this or be negative, but her hanging up on me when I was just trying to make them aware , And maybe be a little more careful in cooking liver because it can be very dangerous if you don’t cook it properly. all it takes is one raw liver and poison someone.
