Irritating… Got to the drive-thru menu and told my order. The guy repeats my order, which was wrong so I politely corrected him. Keep in mind, I’m pretty sure their mic is broken because I tried correcting him 3 times. Gave up and entirely said “yup that’s good” so I could go up to the window to make sure it’s right. I understand that the mic was most likely acting up, not mad at all for the guy taking my order on it. Was being understanding.
I get to the window; different guy, and politely say “could you please repeat my order” because GOD FORBID I don’t want to pay $50 instead of my $20 on food that I didn’t even order.
Told him “I’m sorry but that’s wrong” which he asks me to tell him the right thing. I tell him the correct things.
Tell me why he stares at me and smiles like I’m stupid. I work with customers all the time and I can read facial expressions! “Let me go get my manager.” At that point, I don’t even want the food. I will eat greasy chicken nuggets from McDonalds.
Manager comes back…tells me my correct order…this guy not only looked at me like I was an idiot, but repeats everything WHICH WAS ALL CORRECT to the manager.
Didn’t say ANYTHING to the manager about what he did cause I didn’t wanna act like a KAREN. Honestly wish I got the dudes name.
Was civil to the manager because “hey, not his fault.”
I’ve never given a review before, so you just know this made me so mad afterwards….wrote an entire paragraph.
Got the food, which was fine! Delicious even. But seriously fix your face and don’t be a jerk.

We love the fried fish, mini poppers and hush puppies (which have no business being so good)! The crew are also very nice and efficient every time we go, thank you all!! ❤️

I recently went to Chicken Express and had an excellent experience! Hayden at the drive-through took my order quickly and with great customer service. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The whole team was friendly and gave such positive engagement, which made the visit even better. I’m very appreciative that they are hiring such positive and hard-working crew members.

We drove 40 minutes from south Blanchard and were given the wrong order. We didn’t notice until we were home. This is actually why we hadn’t visited in over a year, but we wanted to give it another chance tonight. Sadly, it was a mistake on our part to do so. Double check your order before you leave. We are a family of 4. Cost us almost $60.00 and we got $20 worth of food.

Messed up our order for the 2nd time. We don’t drive a white car. It is gray. You would think employees would check. Paid over $16 and ended up with 2 chicken legs. Drove from OKC so we did not make the long drive back to Mustang. Very disappointed!!!!!

My husband went in to order food for us told him about how is his wife was in the car and he was going to have to help her up the stairs we get home so I ended up going in told them that I ended up having to come in because I can’t get our order right and then I am medically so sick that I am actually considered dying I have liver failure and I have cancer they ended up having to redo our entire order. Then the guy comes out and tells me to not ever yell at his employees again which I never raise my tone of voice. These people are incompetent. And obviously cannot do their job or obviously do not want to. I am ashamed of this Chicken Express. And I obviously do not care if they know who I am. Do not hire a bunch of children. Someone needs to have an adult in the restaurant to watch over these kids or do not have your restaurant open.

Mustang Chicken Express is without a doubt the best! I love their gizzards bc they are always fresh and never old and dried out. Service is so friendly I enjoy coming here. I drive from the city bc no others compare to the Mustang location.
