Chicken express is pretty much always great and compared to other fast food, I think it’s a better value. Very nice store of course since it’s brand new. Only thing I couldn’t figure out, is why no Google or apple pay??

Ordr#234 payed 34.94 order 3 meals one was a 3 pice chicken other was 2 pice then chicken tenders out of 5 pice of chicken only 2 of them was able to be eaten other 3 pices still had blood inside of them and one was cold in the center wife took it to the lady at the counter showed her told her there not done then got rud at my wife said we can’t cook any more then my wife asked her if it was her food would she eat it and she just laughed at my wife walked off called her mager since at 9:25 9:30 there was no Manger in store very sad only had two ppl asked the young man that was still behind the counter he said I have clocked out him and young girl was back there lol thinking it was funny that I didn’t get to eat my food they would not refund it unless it was taken beck up there we did take it up there waited then tossed it in the trash they can watch there cameras very sad as a army vet see what this world is coming to how they treat ppl no Manger lazy on staff someone needs get a job or do better at having there store run will be going to home office will not pay for food and have some young kids laughed at thinking it was fun and start mopping cleaning up so they can close go hone early then we walked out they locked door 20 minutes before 10pm when there supposed to close jobs and our work force in the US has gone to trash no respect no manners

I love chicken express it’s my favorite place. But this one doesn’t have military discount. That ok I guess but than with my gizzards I substitute the gravy for honey mustard. Every other one I’ve been to it’s a free swap. This one charged me than the female employee got rude when I was surprised. The guy was nice about the military discount

We went through the drive thru at 8pm and it took nearly 30 minutes to get 1 meal. It had to be one of the slowest fast food drive thrus I have ever been to!
