This place is great! It’s been here forever, and it hasn’t changed — it’s really kept the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and even the prices are really reasonable for what you get. Great corned beef sandwiches, outrageously delicious crab cakes, a very good milkshake, breakfast food, and bright orange walls that make for a joyful outing. Great people, too! Can’t wait to go back!

First time in Annapolis and tried to eat each meal somewhere new, but had to take a second trip here. I’m not sure how you can make pastrami taste like it’s more than a deli sandwich but it was incredible. The Philly was pretty good, and great burgers. Tried the crab mac and cheese as well, I would say that was good, but everything else was great. Service was really good and the place had a really cool old deli vibe they should never change.

I just found this not so hidden gym. The food and service was excellent. The staff treat you as family members. The basket of pickles they bring to the table instead of bread were something else. The food is decently priced and you get a large portion for your money. They also have some delicious desserts which they make from scratch every day. The seating is a bit tight but they do have an upstairs with a little more roomy seating arrangement. The bathrooms are also upstairs, which is up a set of steep and narrow steps.
I will most definitely be back and recommend that you give them a try.

Unique dining experience with a fun vibe. Lots of photos on the walls of famous people who had eat here. I got the milkshake and they gave me a cup to take home ❤️. The crab cake was also very yummy

Best meal at a diner i’ve ever had, it’s so light and made with ingredients that don’t bloat you and make you feel uncomfortable after. Melanie was so nice and took great care of us and made us feel so welcome, she was honestly so nice and is one of the reasons we will be coming back. I highly recommend everything on their menu but we had the ceaser salad, cookies and cream milkshake, annapolis cheesesteak, and crab dip all of it was so amazing and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their food honestly 10000000/10

*do not skip out on their donuts they are SO GOOD!!*

This is about as close to a truly authentic diner as you can hope to find in the US. Fitting many tables into a very narrow building, the portions are generous, the staff are friendly and there is a constant feeling of hubub with people whirling back and forth.
My favourite is the lump crab cakes on eggs Benedict (with delly potatoes on the side) but there’s a vast menu and a wall covered in the preferred choices of various local politicians or celebrities.
Stop by for brunch and there will be a queue, but it’s well worth the wait!

I looked around Annapolis for a massive crab cake on the menu, and that is exactly what I got when I came here! The cream of crab soup was very good although it was not a “lump” crab soup… still great though. It was very well seasoned. Just the right amount of salt. I think one thing that is not mentioned enough is how good, soft, and massive the poppy sees roll is! Perfectly buttered and toasted. When I added some crab cake to my roll and dipped it in my soup, it was eye-closing good!!! The crab mac and cheese was decent but nothing too special. The baked potato could have been cooked more. It was a little too firm for my liking. Nonetheless, it was an amazing meal I enjoyed very much! I’m sure I will be back!

I Can’t tell you how much I love the character of this place. Felt like I was transported back into the 1960’s. This place was bustling busy so me & the Mrs. ate at the counter. I went with what was considered the most popular item on the menu which was a jumbo lump crab cake, and I got a classic cheese steak & fries. Both were very delicious. If you happen to be in the Annapolis area, I highly suggest you stop in here. You won’t regret it. I didn’t have the breakfast menu but the plates coming out looked phenomenal.

Made two trips. One to try the Super Duper Colossal Burger Challenge and once to try one of the many sandwiches. Fantastic atmosphere if you are looking for diner vibe! Great food. Had one of the hot pastrami sandwiches. Would highly recommend stopping by here.

I love the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. The service was fast and very efficient. The milkshake was incredible. I may have eaten that before my delicious crabcakes. I cannot wait to go back again.
