At Banh Mi Pho U! our mission is to bring to market the tastiest Vietnamese sandwiches and other Vietnamese-inspired delicatessen using the finest ingredients at an affordable price. Our high standards for quality, quick-service, and cleanliness will establish our reputation as the go-to Banh Mi and Pho restaurant. Our French baguette (for the Banh Mi) is baked fresh daily in our kitchen! We started the baking process at 6AM and the first batch of freshly baked bread is completed by 9:30AM; just in time for the opening. Stop by for some fresh baked Banh Mi!

I got the Large beef and brisket phó. Lacked flavor but it was convenient for me, not sure if I’d come back. I also got an order of fried egg rolls which were pretty good but pretty small. I spent $25 total. This is my opinion though.

I was surprised to see this spot in the middle of a business park. I’ve been going here after hours to practice skateboarding in the empty parking lots and decided to try it out for lunch today. I’d definitely order here again!
*Experience: 5/5 – I prescheduled my order online through Yelp. Super easy and my order was ready for pick-up when I arrived.
*Tofu banh mi: 5/5 – I ordered mine with extra cilantro and pickled vegetables. I really like that the bread isn’t a full baguette with rounded ends. It’s much nicer to eat this rectangular version with ends cut off. The bread was also a great texture: crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and not too thick. Veggies were fresh.
The tofu is different from any other banh mi I’ve had – they use the thinner type of fried/breaded tofu and it’s slightly sweet. Good amount (not too much) mayo, so the bread didn’t get soggy.
They also use the whole stalk of cilantro, which I prefer since the stems taste the same and are crunchy – but keep that in mind if you don’t like the stems.
*Vietnamese iced coffee: 5/5 – Was a 16 oz to-go cup. Delicious and sweet. I could have used a little more coffee and less condensed milk, but that’s just my preference.

Very friendly and attentive service. Food was fresh and tasty. Beef Pho broth is from simmered meat and bones. Tried the Banh Mi Dip (rib-eye). Tasted great, nice idea. Also had the Pork Banh Mi. Bread is fresh, right amount of crunch and softness inside. Pickled veggies aren’t too sweet.

Went in on Saturday to grab lunch with my usual lunch date and we really enjoyed it! The bahn mi was delicious, the bread having been recently removed from the oven, and the pho was generously portioned for such reasonable prices. The gentleman at the counter was SO NICE. The Christmas music was a little jarring at first but gosh, the food was wonderful so who cares! Will def make this a regular Saturday lunch spot!! ❤

Great spot hidden in the Bothell commercial district! Very friendly husband wife and grandmother family-run restaurant. They have freshly baked bread made on site for their Bahn mi and have a good light taste that has a good chew and not too hard or flaky like other places. We also tried their rice dishes, pho and vermicelli (bun) dishes which the kids and family liked this well. Take me back to the feeling of the old mom and pop neighborhood restaurants where you got a chance to talk and interact with the proprietors which was great! Recommend dropping by and giving this place a try if you are ever in the area!

Its a cute little place in the middle of a business area. I didnt expect to find anything nearly as good here, but the Pho was super delicious, not too salty and they gave extra onions and pepper. Fast service as well. Tea was a bit too coconutty and made me nauseous so I’ll just try the coffee next time. Definitely worth coming back!
