Aloha, My full-time job, and my passion, is to make sure your Chick-fil-A experience is nō ka ‘oi (the best). While I am part of a larger organization, as an Owner-Operator, it is my kuleana (responsibility and privilege) to honor the Hawaiian culture and the Chick-fil-A culture by creating a special Chick-fil-A ‘ohana (family) here in Kahului. Both cultures come together well because both are focused on people. The “Aloha Spirit” is the coordination of our thoughts and our actions. It means mutual regard and affection with no obligation in return. Our founder Truett Cathy would often say, “We’re not just in the chicken business, we’re in the people business.” We demonstrate this to our guest through great service and quality food.

Greeted with a very friendly cashier, asked about gluten free options. She didn’t skip a beat, knew exactly what they offered.
Ordered 4 chicken burger meals (for our family), one with a gf bun which came in plastic that I opened and put my chicken, sauce and pickle in. Great GF bun, didn’t fall apart and fresh.
Fries were tasty, restaurant was clean and the staff was busy keeping it clean while we were there.
Bright new location, no complaints, will return.

Although my wife and I live in North Carolina, we’ve been to this Chick-Fil-A three different times. Each time, I’ve noticed that the number of chickens running around the parking lot has been reduced, and I wonder…
Friendly service. They accurately fill orders and are polite to a fault. And they have reasonable prices. On our most recent visit to this location, we arrived just before a heavy rain. We stayed until the rain slowed a bit. I especially appreciated that no one rushed us out. We stayed mostly dry. We’ll go back, if we travel to Maui, again.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately the server at the counter seemed unhappy, in fact somewhat grumpy. I guess even Chick-fil-A workers have a bad day. The rest of the staff were committed to providing high quality service.
Our food from lining up to ordering took six minutes to be served. They seemed very busy (perhaps twenty cars lined up in the drive though) so I was impressed with the turnaround.
The rest of the restaurant was clean and beautifully presented. I liked the Hawaiian flowers on the table – that was a nice touch.

Actual food was delicious, service from drive thru was good. But while drinking from our chocolate shake and frosted lemonade we got a surprise of plastic from the bottom of the cup. Not saying it’s their fault their cups are faulty but please double check the cups to make sure that doesn’t happen. Called them, they were very apologetic and gave us a refund.

Very nice restaurant. Lots of seating. The place was clean with nice decor- pretty flowers on the tables and comfy seats and booths. The food was excellent. The service was great! They brought the food to your table quick and efficiently. The sauces are free and it’s as many as you would like. Plenty of free parking and there is space outside to sit to eat too. This is a nice chick-fill—a!! I recommend!!

Had to hit up while visiting from Kauai. It was great as expected but one of the folks that works there – Melody went above and beyond. We were a large party with lots of little kids. She helped us out more than once in our quick visit. Shout out to her she’s rad.

I ordered a Cobb Salad tonight from chick-fil-a and when I looked closely I seen a DEAD FLY stuck on the lettuce. This is so disgusting I know it’s from them bc the fly was already dead in my salad. Not only did I find a dead fly, they messed up my drink order as well. I originally got a regular frosted lemonade and a large diet Dr Pepper but instead of a large Dr Pepper they gave me regular lemonade not even a large. Horrible experience!

I was so glad to find Chickfila in Maui because there’s no Chickfila in Oahu(where I live) except for in food court. We loved how clean and spacious this restaurant was and how kind the staffs were. Food was of course good, and I especially love how they packed the sauces.

Update: Had to call Chick Fil A three times. The local branch was supposed to call within 2 days, but didn’t. After calling a week later to the corporate customer service number, the local location finally called back. They apologized, and offered to give me two free salads for their mistake as a form of a digital coupon. But they only gave me one. At the end of the day, I called to get a refund, which they didn’t. Just a coupon. The person on the phone was very apologetic, but because they failed to deliver on their promise, I am only increasing the overall rating from a 1 to 2. I realize you can make a mistake, but if you’re reaching out to make a resolution, follow through that resolution!
