Food was good and ready almost instantly but something tasted off about the milkshake so only had a few sips. Then I inspect it further and see this. Does not look normal at all to me what is that clear foggy layer at the bottom? What is that cottage cheese looking consistency inside of it? Never had a milkshake like that in my life.

Hands down best service I’ve received at any restaurant! Emily, the Community Coordinator, was amazingly attentive to our kid and explained everything. She was so nice. Food was fantastic and we ate outside on their patio.

The service was top shelf. We were a group of 5 with 3 kids, and Sara was great. She engaged the kids, and she clearly enjoys her job. Food was delicious, and there was another employee who was helping people empty their trays and asking people at the tables if they needed anything. I have never seen such a happy crew at a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend them.

We went to the Bonney Lake Chick Fil A this week for the first time and the spicy chicken burger, fries and frozen lemonade and chocolate shake were all delicious! We didn’t even add sauce to the spicy burger,so moist and yummy. I will say one of the chicken patties was to small, it didn’t fit the bun and the other was perfect.

Food was old, burnt and soggy. Service was awful. Everyone working was a teenager more interested in talking than serving customers. Can excuse the service. Food was good. Nice to have dairy free options. Service was subpar. Employees just wanted to talk to someone they knew that was in the car ahead of me. It was annoying but that’s the risk you take for drive thru. Normally service is pretty spot on.
