My son and I visited this location within about 3 days of the grand opening. There was plenty of available parking and plenty of seating. The dining room was clean and seemed larger than the average Chick-fil-A. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They forgot to bring our drinks and put the wrong side dish in my son’s meal, but they quickly made everything right. Understandably, some of the staff seemed inexperienced, but everyone was on task and polite. For the first week, everything seemed to be functioning well and I image that as time passes they will be a well oiled machiene. Definitely worth a visit.

This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The team goes above and beyond — if there’s ever an issue, they handle it immediately with a smile. Everyone here works incredibly hard and genuinely cares about their customers and community. This store is built different! The best chick fil a I’ve ever been to! All of the staff is so kind and seems like they really care. So impressed with how open and nice the inside is (with an awesome playground for kiddos!) and it’s so clean! Tons of parking and the drive through has been very efficient each time I’ve gone through. The chicken slaps and I looooveeeee the milkshakes!! I’m so happy we have this store in Lake Stevens now!

Just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful customer service your employees offer at this location. The servers were extremely kind, prompt and courteous. We went during the Mom’s Playground promotion day and it was quite busy, but the employees handled everything beautifully. We will definitely visit again!

Ordered same day catering for my daughter’s birthday Friday morning for a 4 PM pick up. Easy ordering and pick up! Everything was packed and ready to go by 4 PM! The catered chicken nuggets and mac and cheese was a great meal for the 3 year olds and parents!

Chick Fil-A Signature member here! This is the NEWEST Chick Fil-A on the block! Lots of parking, and there’s 2 lanes for orders. One is a dedicated mobile app lane like Everett which is nice! Food has been spot on. Staff has been nice. We never make a stop in without getting an “ice dream” cone and the ice cream is COLD!!! (most excellent) Welcome to Lake Stevens Chick Fil-A!

Not sure if this is normal but $6 worth of strips is like 5 nuggets? Seriously the smallest strip was smaller than the biggest nugget in the order plus they forgot a sandwich.

Ordered food on the app to make it quicker and get in and out got there. One person ahead of me I checked and went into the line watch six cars go through the order line get their food and leave while I was waiting when I asked I was treated very badly look like I was some kind of leopard for saying anything And they walked away from me twice not saying anything when I asked him will not ever go back to there even though I do like Chick-fil-A food
