I’ve been coming here like once a week for the past couple weeks and every time has been absolutely amazing. I’m actually currently in the drive thru and Paisley just took my order and she was so so nice! All employees I’ve come into contact here are so nice. The food is quick, tasty, and exactly what I’m craving!

The company I work for really goes all out to feed our team during the Holidays. We have to buy food for over 60 people practically every day starting in November. The team was excited when we put Chick-fil-A on the calendar. We ordered well in advance for our $400 order. I sent somebody to pick it up at the 11am ready time. She even got there 15 mins early just in case. It was not ready when she arrived and she completely understood and sat down expecting to get it at 11am. But she didn’t. I received text updates from her that it was past 11:20 and no food. Not even an update from the manager. I get it that this is a busy time of year. Most managers know that you can turn an experience around with communication. Well we have to feed our team now going into the first week of January and that means repeat food but we won’t order from you again. I always thought you were the best and friendliest with customer service but that has been busted. Oh and we ordered around 20 salads and there was no dressing.

Great place! The food is always fresh, tasty and quickly prepared. The chicken is very juicy, and the sauces are top. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, the service is at a high level. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and comfortable. One of the best fast foods — it’s always a pleasure to come back here!

Overall, the restaurant left a very good impression. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything is clean and tidy, which was also a nice touch.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. In the salad I ordered, a few of the leaves were not very fresh, and the design of the restroom was a bit inconvenient – the automatic paper towel dispenser is positioned in a way that the towel can fall into the sink, which isn’t very practical.

Despite these small issues, I really enjoyed my visit, and I would gladly come back again!

Relatively new location. Food is good and is same across the board for Chic Fil A – pretty solid. This location gets pretty busy during peak times, parking lot can be a bit difficult with the excessive line for the drive thru. At times the staff can appear to be lacking, possibly due to staffing. Overall pretty good experience, just plan to spend added time during peak hours.

Really Really disappointed with my experience this morning. I place a catering order December 18 at 9:36am to be picked up December 20th 11am
I arrive on Dec 20th 10:44am a lady with dark brown hair informed me I was a little early. I said yes I am I will go have a seat. Assuming she cared. Body language showed me she did not as she didn’t even look my way much longer than 2seconds. Mind you my catering order was almost $400 I waited up until 11:15 still nothing I went up to the counter and I stated I had a catering order that I’ve been waiting on for almost going on 45mins at this point manager lady seemed to have no sense of urgency to want to even come up to me and tell me what was going on with this order. So I could only assuming they were not prepared whatsoever and were scrambling to complete this order. I got a “sorry guys in passing” I JUST SPENT $370!!! And a get a sorry guys in passing from the manager! Worst service I’ve had really …EVER! Was it your “pleasure” because my experience was disappointing, disrespectful and what seemed like a “displeasure “ only person that seemed to give a hoot was the tall blonde guy I think he was the team lead. This was an event for my staff and some people had to push their lunches back because of this. This brunette manager could have done better… way better! Not sure if I will be back. “Sorry guys”

Wow. The worse Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. Such a disappointment. The deep fryer needs an oil change. The oil was so nasty today. Please change your oil when deep frying.

Not joking, I’ve never had this bad of quality before from this location. This is stuff I would expect from McDonald’s.

The customer service was a bit subpar- staff were approachable but not super warm and friendly. Other locations, staff and service go above and beyond while this one is more like going to a typical McDonald’s. It appeared to be mostly teens. It was during dinnertime and someone was being trained on the register which may have affected service quality.
My food arrived quickly. There was a hair on the tray of food but thankfully not on/in the food.
I ordered the pretzel burger meal and it was delicious! Lemonade was perfect. I plan to go again and am hoping for friendlier service.

I am a frequent customer at this Chick-fil-A location, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I ordered a bag of ice—just ice—and normally it is prepared when I pull up to the window. Instead, the bag had been sitting out and was already melting.

I politely requested a fresh bag. The team member at the window was very kind and attempted to get one, but her coworkers gave her noticeable attitude and insisted the melted bag was fine. We then sat at the window for several minutes while staff stood around without taking action.

I was ultimately asked to park and wait for a bag of ice, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I ended up sending my daughter inside to resolve it.

This experience was far below the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope this feedback helps improve service moving forward.

The restaurant is really nice inside. The line is always packed inside and out. Although it was busy that still does not make up for the orders being incorrect on my first visit and the second visit. The bathrooms are really small and the childrens play area is tiny. There are many employees and they should be triple checking the orders. The food is great and the chic fil-a sauces aren’t made with high fructose corn syrup. That is a plus. Great experience overall, the employees just need to get the orders correct the first time before giving them to customers.
