This is only my second time at a Chick-fil-A. I went tonight because they had a fundraiser for a little girl who has been very sick. All of the employees I encountered or witnessed were friendly and helpful. They treated me like they were happy to see me. In a world where customer service is more of a rarity than the norm, the customer service I experienced and witnessed was very refreshing. Oh, and the food was great too!

My children and I came here for lunch on a very busy day while out Christmas shopping. As always the food did not disappoint. But the service was above and beyond. In particular, a staff member named Heather was floating through the busy lobby, cleaning up tables, checking in on guests and had the most hospitable attitude. She made the whole experience so pleasant!

If I could give a place a 10 out of 10, this location would get it. Everything is clean, even the men’s room (usually not the case in 90% of fast food places). Those not helping people or taking orders to tables, were cleaning. I had 3 people come by asking if I needed anything, or if the meal was satisfactory, one even came by twice (manager perhaps). My order came out fast, hot, and fresh. And I left ready to attack the rest of my long drive home.

Service was great – food not at all…
Attached below is a picture of the chicken nuggets that were ordered. That is how all the nuggets looked. I am not pleased – i have been craving Chick-Fil- a for a while but after today’s visit I’ll be okay never having chick-fil-a again. That was not the Lord’s chicken – that was battered and fried from the devil himself.

One of my go to restaurants whether I’m in town or out of town. Chick Fil A never let’s me down (except when they give me my order without my chicken sandwich) whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff are usually always nice, and the food is always delicious. They also get your food out to you at a very fast speed.

The food was great and customer service superb! I did feel a little bad for the workers having to be outside it that hot weather, but they sure killed it! Our order was on point and even with being busy they got it out quickly. The chicken is so juicy and the Mac and cheese is really good as well, their fries are also super yummy.

I went to this Chick-fil-A location over Easter weekend 2024 for a Saturday lunch excursion. It was packed! So much so, the friend I was with, her two young sons, and me ended up dining outdoors. Thankfully, it was a gorgeous weather day! I chose this restaurant, in part, because living in Alaska we do not have a Chick-fil-A. My daughter’s favorite restaurant when traveling is Chick-fil-A. In honor of her, since she was not with me on this trip, she asked me to order her favorite meal: Mac ‘n Cheese, Waffle Fries, and a Frosted Lemonade. As in the words of my father when eating Chick-fil-A’s waffle fries, “It’s a whole potato!” That’s right sir, and they are tasty and amazing and all things wholesome and good! As for the Frosted Lemonade, it’s like a dream-cicle in a cup. One of the best things to drink on a Spring/Summer day! While eating outdoors was nice, the views are of a parking lot so the outdoor atmosphere is not noteworthy. We did head indoors after eating for my friend’s young boys to finish their last few bites and to allow them to visit the indoor play space. The indoor atmosphere at Chick-fil-A locations is typically a delight and this location in Oregon was no different. The carnation flowers on each table has forever been a great touch and elevates the dining experience for everyone! Plus, who doesn’t like signage that makes you smile? By the time we went back inside, the lunch rush had subsided and there were a few empty tables to be found. The facility was kept clean by attentive staffing who would clear and clean each place shortly after each party of individuals vacated their seats. Overall, Chick-fil-A gets a full five-star rating! Outside of the fact that Chick-fil-A’s play place could be bigger, there is very little to complain about here.

Although many people compare Chick-f with Canes the only comparison I found was that they both sell chicken. Canes specializes in strips, and C-F in sandwich’s. Canes does the best job around in what they do. I had C-F spicy chicken sandwich and I prefer the spicy chicken at Wendy’s. At Chick F at the end of every sentence of the employee’s they would say “my pleasure” the sincerity of which was lost after about the 3rd time. Other than that it was clean, and the employee were friendly
