This morning was the opening day for a new location in Elk Grove, California. It was not a grand opening like others in the past with music and and people spending the night to get awarded free sandwich everyday for a year kind of an event. They provided a free entree if you had Cow clothing on. There were many that had black and white clothing on…including us. The employees that began their career today, done a great job. The egg white grill and hash browns were hot and amazing.. It was nice that the owner came by and introduced himself and maybe feel special. Thank you and I definitely will be seeing you soon…

Came in to get a chicken wrap and was disappointed with the amount of chicken. Normally, I don’t complain, but it was literally a pinch at best and I’ve been to other chick fil – a’s and never had this little. Their staff was very nice, The first person I talk to about the problem I believe handled it perfectly. Told me he’d remake the wrap and for the inconvenience told me to keep the old one But when he went back to request the remake, the store manager came out to explain to me that their food is weighted and that remaking me a new one would be the exact same size. I asked if they would be able to take the pinch of chicken that they gave me and put it in a new wrap so that it wasn’t an embarrassingly small amount but he told me that it would break the wrap which one isn’t true two take some of the lettuce out then right, But beside the point, he took the old one from me to “look at it” And when I requested the remake he threw it away and went back to make another one when.. no I only wanted the remake if there was going to be more chicken. Ultimately requested a refund and now likely have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. Honestly a waste of time. I was excited for the new opening but since they think im going to happily pay 10.75 for rabbit food I won’t be coming back. It’s worth just going anywhere else cause I’ve never been to a chick fil a this stingy with their portions.

Got home with my order to discover plastic embedded in my chicken sandwich’s breading. I know this is a new location but this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here (long wait times or screwing up order). I overlooked the other experienced and chalked it up as growing pains for a new store but this is my last time eating here.

I placed a mobile order today for a spicy sandwich meal and a kids meal. When I reached the drive thru, Kayla did not ask if I wanted to make any changes, which is normally standard. When I requested to add a water, she responded, “You can just tell them over there”
I then waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes while the car in front of me had their card declined four times.
When I finally received my order, the quality was extremely disappointing. My Coca Cola tasted flat. The “spicy” sandwich barely had any breading and had no spice at all, there is no way this was actually a spicy sandwich. The fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting and refried in old oil.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially for a new location. will not be returning.

We are so thrilled to have a Chick-Fil-A open here in the inner Arden/Carmichael area. Our family went on opening night (and multiple times since), amazing service, working hard to get everyone trained and everything was smooth. The food tasted delicious as always, the inside was clean, and we met the owner, Jeremy. He was really friendly, and cares about the community and wants to be involved. I just saw him there again tonight in the drive thru and he came out to say hi and gave us a few “free drink” coupons! I love seeing new businesses go up in the area!

I’ve been by three times via drive-thru and I’m very pleased with this new location. Delicious food, excellent customer service and quick service. I like the new open door for the staff because if the person ahead of me foods not ready, the employee walked out, gave me my food and I used the other lane and was on my way. They make the milkshakes extra thick and everything was fresh. I’m going to this location from now on rather than driving all the way out to Arden.

This location is the best I’ve been to yet. When you take a second to consider they are brand new, training a bunch of new people and trying to find their groove they are doing a phenomenal job. My order was large and complicated but the owner stood at the pickup window himself to chat with me and make sure the order was correct. Everyone was very kind and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly face and a delicious meal.

I just had lunch at this new Chick-fil-a on Watt Ave. Chicken strips were outstanding. I didn’t know they served Mac and cheese, but I’ll have it again now that I’ve tried it, truly great. The people were friendly, the place was clean and the food excellent.
