Hi, I actually went to eat at this place. The service was terrible, very poor, the employee was grumpy.
The bun on my burger was cold and hard,
you could see it crumbling or breaking when you grabbed it. The chicken inside was cold and hadn’t completely defrosted. For the price, you expect quality and service, but you get the opposite. There are better options.

This used to be my favorite location but over the past year it has really gone downhill. 9 out of 10 times there will be a mistake on my order. The most recent occurrence was I ordered a spicy southwest salad and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they forgot to put chicken in it (which it is supposed to contain by default). I’m not sure if it’s new management or new staff, but they are very careless with orders and it is unacceptable.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in Ventura county. They wouldn’t give me a box to put my sandwiches in so they don’t end up all soggy. The employees have a sour attitude. I didn’t receive my drink and went in to ask for it with no ice and they gave it to me 2 minutes later with ice. Filled 90%. Plus I paid extra for strawberry. Totally disappointed.
I asked again for no ice and the employee acted like it was my fault. I clearly told her before. Anyway, will not be coming back here. Terrible terrible franchise location.

Got dropped off here from Uber because it says dine in and drive thru open till 11pm so when we get there it’s closed so my friend try’s to see if they are letting him walk thru and 3 personal come and escort him like he committed a crime saying we are stupid for trying to buy thru the drive thru walking and telling us we need to leave for causing a scene maybe just let us know we can’t at the speaker like normal people no need for names and the escort also please update times and there won’t be an issue. Also they I didn’t feel the religious love they claim to have for the people they serve maybe they need to pray there sinful attitudes

Update #2: Another miss at this location!! My sisters sandwich had no cheese despite adding and paying for it, I ordered chickfila sauce for the sandwich and fries and didn’t get ANY SAUCE. Ordered NO PICKLE, but somehow she got that on her burger??? So she had a dry burger and dry fries. I have ordered the Market salad for YEARS. The presentation was SAD. Messily tossed around, skimpy with the chicken and little to no berries. I go here because it used to be good and the convenience, but I think I may need to take my business to the Oxnard location.

Point savers don’t Savor!! I finally used 2500 of my points on a Spicy Chicken Meal and literally got the “free” sized chicken patty. It’s not the normal big, thick juicy piece. (See the photo) AND These points aren’t free. They are earned spending money – 12pts for every dollar spent 2500 ÷ 12 = $208.33
Then I noticed the Sandwich is 800- fries 400 and drink 400 = 1,600
They definitely Fooled me.

What’s not to like. Christian owned and delicious fast food! Love that they keep sabbath a holy day.
My go-to for a healthier option is the Market Salad, sub grilled nuggets (regular fried nuggies if your feeling extra), 2 Avocado Ranch dressings and I skip the granola (sweet enough with the blueberries and strawberries . My guilty pleasures are a spicy sandwich with just Colby jack cheese and Chick-fil-A sauce & an ice dream cone…trust me it is dreamy!!☁️ ☁️ ☁️
Fyi- bags of their wonderful pellet ice is $2!!!

The women’s restroom is dirty constantly. It’s gross. I’ve reported it every time I’ve been there and it never gets any better. I have pics but can’t include apparently. The restaurant doesn’t seem the cleanest either.

Had the breakfast biscuit with bacon it was really good. 10/24/23 I’ve been wanting to have the spicy chicken sandwich for months now. I live about 12 miles away from the closest location and this is my first chance. Yeah, God eats here. The sandwich was outstanding. One of the employees was having a break so I didn’t have to eat alone while we had some good conversation. When I get to go to Chick-fil-A it feels better than home. Went through the drive thru today, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, with cheese, sauce, no pickles. Sandwich was missing the cheese so walked back in to get the correct order. When we told the girl at the register, she rudly came out with a slice of cheese and handed it to my sister. A cold slice of cheese, in her hand. My sister requested a new sandwich. After a bit of back and forth a new sandwich was provided. When we got to the car, the sandwich had a cold slice of cheese and pickels.
When a customers orders what they want they expect to get what they pay for without being given an attitude in return. It is understandable that mistakes happen, we all make mistakes, but we shouldn’t take our mistakes out on the customer, especially for something so simple.
Out of all the years going this was actually the first time our order was wrong, but ita not that it was wrong that was the issue, its the way it was handled and how my sister was treated for wanting what she ordered. Do better.

Poor service for Veterans. I went in on Veterans Day and I was treated terribly by the manager on duty. I gave an order for a milk shake which the counter person said was complementary since it was veteran day 11 nov 2025. The manager a female with glasses come up and says that we are only offering brownies and cookies as complementary in a rude manner. I was like the person at the counter told me that they were offering shakes also. I was so disappointed and surprised by the tone of the manager. I just walked out. I went to chick fil A in Camarillo and was treated with more respect and was offered a free chicken sandwich. From now on I am not going to the location at Eastman ave Ventura. I think the owner should train their managers to respect our veterans special on Veterans Day like most other businesses. So poor service and management. I would give Negative Stars to them. I think the owner of this location needs to make it military friendly as they are located close to major military installations. This place doesn’t support the military and the veterans compared to the other restaurants in Oxnard and Camarillo.
