This is the best burget king! The staff is friendly and nice. The food is what others wish theirs was. We have never had a bad item from here.

I went to the front counter to order and the front cashier stopped taking orders with 1 person left in line. She made eye contact and pulled out her phone. I only went in to order a soft serve….i spent more time waiting to give my order then it would have taken to take my order. I left after she made eye contact with me after a couple times.

This location is horrible, just ate at this location and the service was horrible. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive through with no explanation why it was taking so long, all we ordered were two burgers which by the way for $14 is ridiculous. The employees inside continued to play around and switch money out while we were just sitting there. People behind us were leaving which costs your business money due to lack of common sense and ignorance of the employees. It got so frustrating and bad that we pulled out of the drive through and went inside to see what the problem was, the employee that was supposed to be making our burgers wasn’t even inside, he was too busy outside with a female employee. We were never told sorry or anything for their incompetentence, our food was cold, they wouldn’t give us our money back so we were stuck with cold burgers, we would of said something but didn’t want to wait 10 more minutes for them to get it together….they felt playing around and laughing it up was more important than their job!!! Such a shame

Been here a couple of times, food is good and fresh ingredients. Wait times vary but not bad. Service was on point and they were very nice. Maybe don’t choose fast food places around lunch time expecting it to be fast.

Drive thru line has a crazy wait time. Takes them near around 8 minutes to clear a single car, so if there’s a line of 6 cars, you’re in for a wait. Never have I seen a place move this slow

recommend avoiding the Burger King at 2095 W Memorial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33815 if you wish to avoid a 25-minute wait. Despite three cars being served ahead of us, our order was not taken. The staff member mentioned that she was the only one working. We had to honk the horn to get her attention, and she appeared annoyed by it. Shortly after she returned to take our order, we decided to leave, concerned that our food might be mishandled. As we were leaving, another staff member came to the door and yelled at my fiancé. It may be a better option to consider visiting the Wendy’s located across the street, as the staff there are very attentive to customers’ needs and time.

I work right down the block from this place and when it comes to my lunch break and the time I have to be back I can’t go far. This establishment can never get your order right. My 1st visit I thought they were having a day but nope, its happend 4 times now. It is very rarely that I end up there while there are any other patrons so for them not to be able to get my order right or out in a timely fashion is ridiculous. Shut this place down.

We went through the drive through to get breakfast and we had to wait at least more then 10 mins waiting for them to get the money so I can pay them when I got home to eat my food syrup was spilled all over my food. I ordered a croissant it tasted weird. They should really do better as a fast food restaurant. Bad experience

I had an experience I’ve never noticed but I got me and my family 3 whopper meals… Food was good until I drank my coke that tasted like a piece of paper due to them paper cups I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth to enjoy the rest of my meal….
