I am writing this review on the behalf of my grandma. She can’t say enough about this location and their outstanding service! No joke, she is there almost daily for my lil brother. Since she is a familiar face, they provide her amazing service. She would like to give a special shout out to Dexter Marcus. He truly made her day the other day and just wanted to make sure other people knew how awesome Dexter is and the staff at the Perris location.

Food is okay, fries cold and bland. Float was good. However the employee who took my order walked away from the register multiple times and repeated my order back to me wrong twice. Not even during a rush and the staff was extremely unorganized and had a lobby full of guests unnattended to or waiting for food for 20/30+ minutes.

just had the rudest employee we asked for extra sauce and she said “i already put some in the bag” and we said “can we just get 2 more” and said she again “i already put some in the bag” ignored us and looked away. This was the rudest encounter i’ve ever had here which sucks because i enjoy coming here I always treat the employees nice and for her to be rude for absolutely no reason is upsetting bc she shouldn’t work there if that’s how she’s gonna act towards customers.

Everytime we go to this chick-fil-a something about our order is messed up, incorrect, forgotten, or cancelled. We’ve had order items missed. We’ve had order items completely wrong. We’ve had orders that were cancelled without reason when ordering online and no warning until we’ve arrived to pick up the order and wasted time to drive to this location. In our most recent experience, we ordered a 10 Count tender and were only given 7. The complete lack of attention to detail is evident within this establishment. Find another Chick-fil-a in your area before you go think about bringing your business here.

I am a LOYAL customer, I enjoy eating at this restaurant but lately the service at this store is terrible, the “girls” just spend their time chatting and looking at their cell phones, even the manager. I always order online but lately my order isn’t ready, I’ve seen people who are drivers for (Dordash), grubhub, and uber eat, they have them waiting and their food is there and they don’t give it to them because they are chatting. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP US. I DON’T WANT TO CHANGE MY BREAKFAST HERE. THE FOOD IS THE ONLY THING WORTH IT HERE!!!

I ordered a pretty big meal yesterday, which included 2 brownies that never made it into my bag (Order #3899737). I called right after and left a voicemail — no response. I’ve called four more times today and still can’t get anyone to answer.
Update: I spoke with the store’s owner-operator, Ricardo Ortiz, and he personally reached out, apologized for the mix-up, and made things right. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure we were taken care of.
Mistakes happen, but the way Ricardo handled it showed true leadership and dedication to customer service. This is the kind of response that reminds me why Chick-fil-A has the reputation it does. Thank you, Ricardo, for the exceptional service and for making us whole today.

My sandwich had almost no lettuce, the chicken was super chewy and the waffle fries were almost room temperature. Ruined my day as I was expecting the usual top notch quality meal I would get from a chick fil an establishment.
