My husband and I decided to try this new location in Yucaipa. We went there around 11:30 and there were only a few people in line. The menu had a great choice of meals to choose from. I got their Spicy Southwest Salad. It was a good size, I couldn’t even eat it all. My Husband ordered the Chick-Filet Sandwich. They also have a Deluxe one with more condiments on it. The meal comes with Criss Cross Fries and a drink. They also have a nice menu for children. Chicken Nuggets Meal, Chick-n-Strips Meal, Grilled Nuggets Meal and sides such as Mac and Cheese, a Fruit Cup and Apple Sauce.

All outdoor tables are chained together. Asked if it would be possible to have one unlocked and a manager said that we can sit outside but the chairs must remain locked to the table. Nope, you just lost our business. Not enough places to sit inside yet refusing to unlock chairs from a table. Just laziness and reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A as an entire company. Raising Canes here we come!

Food is usually always done correctly. Very tasty. Once in awhile they forget something but not too bad. Last time they forgot something I was in the drive up. I didn’t get out of the parking lot and realized they forgot a sandwich. Went back in and told the girl. She didn’t seem to care much they forgot it. You would think they would maybe rush us our for gotten sandwich but I had to go up to the register and ask someone else about it. If I go back all remember to make sure they have all our order.

Chick fil a is always pretty consistent. It might be the most consistent fast food option second only to in n out. This location specifically runs pretty smoothly and offers the traditional chick fil a service that you can expect at most locations. The building is new and the drive thru is built with a lot of traffic in mind so it does a good job handling a lot of business at a time.

it was pretty quick service the only complaint i have was the lady infront of us took a while and the whole line moved to the other lane and cars went infront of me so it took longer for me when i was next in line. she didn’t move forward so i was just stuck behind her until i moved over. but other than that it was quick service.

For a corporation with “customer service in mind” quit being stingy with the sauces. Order $24 dollars worth of food, then limit me to three(3) sauces. I’ll pay the extra $0.25 cents, quit making it such a problem to get sauce.

Online says the nuggets are served all day long, but when I went inside to order, I was told that it was breakfast only with an attitude. Like it is literally 10 minutes away from being 10 o’clock and I’m on my lunch break so it’s not like I didn’t have much of a choice, but I just ended up leaving unhappy.
