As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love checkers and am highly disappointed at this one. I get its the holidays and every place is busy but we had one car ahead of us on the first lane. The first menu we sat at no one asked us what we wanted so we went to the second one, three cars ahead of us and last one was able to order but not us. After waiting a total of 10 minutes we backed out after hearing the first lane being able to order as soon as they pulled in. Thats pretty ridiculous. Then we parked and my husband went to the walk up. No one even came to the walk up window?!?! I saw plenty of cars entering and ordering or jist leaving while he waited at the window and this is just crazy to me how the whole experience was. After he stood there for over 5 more minutes all the manager said was “oh okay.” And shut the window. I get better customer service from an AI that just talks in loops.
Also the woman that was in a black Mercedes, she had to back up so we could, didnt get to order by the time we left. This place was so un organized, and if the problem was short staffed or just lagging they should have closed a lane.

This review is specifically for the staff member by the name of Tanya DS245 that was working at this location on 9/24 at 10:06pm.
This person is extremely inconsiderate, rude and with a high level of POOR customer service and lack of empathy.
It was raining heavily that night and after waiting for a few minutes at the drive through speaker, there weren’t any signs of anybody willing to take our order. We drove to the window where Tanya, being extremely rude, directed us to go back to the drive through speaker to place our order and refused to take the order at the window. When we told her that it was raining really hard and that rain was coming through the window of the car she slammed the drive through window on our face after directing us to call customer service to complain as needed.
Giving one star review as unable to rate her service below zero as she deserves. This place is definitely NOT recommended!!!

The Food is no we’re as good as it used to be. Poor Quality food and nothing never changes on the menu. Fry’s are always soggy now.

Got too busy to cook so thought we’d run to Checkers. They had a 4 buck meal deal going on. My son and I ordered the double cheeseburgers, came with fries a small drink, and an apple pie.
The food was hot and fresh and the tase was excellent. The people that took order and served up the meal were courteous and professional. I know none of them so this is an authentic review. Great job for a late night (super affordable) dinner. Thanks!

Went to Checkers today and got the $4 meal deal. It was very delicious! A double cheeseburger, I love checkers fries, apple pie and a drink!! Everything was fresh, hot and very delicious

Absolute worst soggy checker burger I’ve ever had, ever! And the checker milk shake wasn’t up to par either..like it had a synthetic taste or something. The French fries were perfect though. So $11.96 for a large French fry. Threw the burger in the trash and half the milk shake too. I’ll know next time.

Went through drive thru – Didn’t give any straws, ask for mayo didn’t get it either . Parked in parking lot and walked to the front to ask for straws and mayo, the guy said that will be 27 cents ! What !??…. My fish sandwich was hard as a rock couldn’t eat it – tried to tear off the hard parts but then it left me with all bread ! Not worth the money at all !

I have liked their burgers in the past, but I seldom eat beef now. So I ordered their Chicken Bites (1/2 pound) to share with my dog who was riding along with me.
Big mistake.
They were mostly breading, with hardly any chicken or chicken flavor. My dog wouldn’t even eat them, and he LOVES chicken. So, they went in the trash. The soda was flat and nearly free of carbonation.
To add insult to injury, I was overcharged.
Won’t be returning there, and I can’t recommend them to anyone.
