dear chick fil a, i went to buy food after a long day at work. and i bought a brownie with my meal… till i checked the bag and saw nothing.. i didnt go back because i was half way home and just chose to write a review. would not recommend unless you don’t want your food.

What a wonderful experience today was their first day open. The staff was very friendly and excited. The owner was very friendly and helpful. l highly recommend this location! I love chick fil a but I especially enjoyed dining in at this location!! The food was great per usual and the service was amazing !! A worker named Roberto was the nicest, most attentive employee I’ve ever met. Definitely coming back to this location more often, thanks! ☺️

Went through the drive thru today never had an issue here, I ordered a chicken noodle soup and was suprised when I got home. It was chunky and almost like a paste. Didn’t even look like a soup honestly. Won’t be coming back here.

There was a short drive through line which was great. Mac n cheese was okay it’s a bit saucey. The chicken from the burger was a bit dry seemed to be fried in in oil that wasn’t very fresh. Thr criss cut fires were good most of the food tasted salty. Next time I’ll ask for no salt if that’s an option.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A. After receiving my food, I noticed my iced tea was missing. I informed a staff member who was walking around the tables, but instead of resolving it quickly, I had to go wait at the online pickup area since she didn’t even bring it. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes just for the drink standing around since none of the employees seem to care at attending the customers at the pick up area. They just walk past by and ignore you.This unnecessary delay and lack of urgency were frustrating, especially since I’m on a time crunch because Im on my work lunch. Very poor service from staff.

So happy to have another Chick Fil A in Chula Vista. Service was SUPERB! As far as some workers even asking if we needed refills as we were dining in. I appreciate how attentive Ashley was when taking our order and making sure we had an amazing experience. We will be coming back to this location as regulars especially considering how clean it was.

Super good! spicy chicken sandwich meal with the bomb criss cutt fries , the price for this food is understandable Super soft buns!!! The restaurant is super clean and decorated very nice, made me feel at home.
