The young people that work here are the sweetest people you’ll probably ever meet. but the parking lot is an issue. The neighboring businesses like the studio next door and the coffee shop, will take up all the parking. Don’t really know why they’re allowed to do that considering there are side streets to park on. but this really is the best Chick-fil-A in existence. The cleanest the nicest the biggest and most organized. All the people working here are all super friendly and nobody is really wondering around trying to figure out what they’re doing. there is obviously very good employee training going on here.

This is a nice place to grab a bite to eat before heading into Knott’s Scary Farm. I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo meal and it was on point. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned and the vibe of the place was great, with everyone excited about their day of fun at Knott’s.

The lids of the sauce packets always open partially and get cut in half from the center. They don’t open properly and fully as you can see in the photos I provided. And because of that I have to stick my fingers inside and open the rest of the lid from underneath the lid and it gets my fingers messy because of it. It would be greatly appreciated if you would fix how the sauce packets open in the future.

I dined in with my friend and we had such a great experience! The food was great, and the customer service was even better! Abigail in the dining room took great care of everyone and went out of the way to ensure guests were fully tended to! Will be coming back, thanks y’all!

The staff here are awesome. Can’t give enough thanks to their customer service. Very polite and on point. The manager Ryan is a really cool guy, everyone seems happy to be working with him so that means he’s doing something right haha.

Chick-fil-A’s new spot is a total win! Got the classic chicken sandwich and the grilled one, both tasty, especially with that Chick-fil-A sauce on the dry bun. The waffle fries? Perfection. Mac n’ cheese was creamy goodness. Plenty of comfy seating inside and outside, too. Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I love this place. The location in Burbank California is so friendly. There is a really nice associate named Amidy (spelling?) there, Who walks the floor and helps every table with anything they might need. She keeps the Tables and floors clean and Is friendly with customers. Appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Got this for dinner while on vacation And everything tasted just fine, Employees were polite as usual. Parking is a little tight at this location but I managed to find a space anyway. Definitely worth coming if you’ve got the munches.
