. I could just end my review right there. But there’s so much more to this place! It’s located by the Americana, so it’s got a WONDERFUL view! The location is very clean, and having come here early in the morning, the service was very great! Very attentive! I loved it! Best of all, the food was exactly what I needed in the morning. Chicken was nice and juicy on the inside, but fried really crispy. Can’t complain. From hereon forth, I’m not even gonna’ bother with most other cafe’s in the morning. Just gonna’ get some good breakfast right here, then I’ll come back for lunch even, and if I’m here in town long enough, three times the charm for dinner!
When I did come in the morning, there was already a line of people waiting for their foods, but it only took 6 minutes for everything to be ready, and another 3 minutes for the coffee. Love it!

This chick Fil A is one of the well maintained restaurants I have found so far. The food was really good and was made well. The restaurant is located in a very busy business area and parking is very difficult to find during the busiest hours of the day. The food took around 15 minutes to make and serve. The staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the menu. This restaurant has restrooms located next to the register counter. Overall this restaurant was ok and I would visit again.

While I have not eaten at this location specifically, I have as a food courier, patronized this place. And while I typically love the food and service of Chick Fil A,, that was not the case here. Being that finding street parking in the vicinity is next to impossible, the only other option is to use the parking structure. However, unless you personally plan on buying something yourself here, don’t count on them (or anyone else at Americana) to validate your parking ticket! That really ticked me off.

The sauce packets always open unevenly as you can see in the photo. I often have to open the rest of the flap from the middle and it gets messy and the sauce gets on my fingers because of it. This needs to get fixed

I come ew times a month, and the workers are always friendly and hustling. The restaurant is always clean. Food is always delicious. Chic fil A is always high-quality chicken and cooked to perfection. Fries are always amazing.Prices are good .It’s my favorite place for food. Miguel and Daniel are amazing workers. They always ask me and all the other customers dining in if we need anything when we dine in. They go above and beyond.

Very happy that there is a chick-fil-a in Glendale. Have to say that I enjoy the food quality, service, and taste. While there is definitely competition in chicken places nearby I have to say that for the price and variety, it makes sense to go to a chick-fil-A every now and then.
Spicy chicken sandwich and the crispy chicken salad are some personal favorites. Both receive 5/5.

Great food as always. Shout out to management and staff for being so patient with the rather large group of teens that were loud and annoying. I thought I wasn’t going to enjoy my dinner but the staff was awesome.
