I love Chick-fil-A they have the best chicken sandwich as far as I’m concerned. Anytime I’ve entered one of the Chick-fil-A establishments they are always extremely clean. The workers are always kind and courteous and friendly and ready to take your order. I have never had a wrong order at any chicken fillet and that speaks volumes as to how this company values itself. I personally love the original Chick-fil-A sandwich and the nuggets I have also tried out the grilled chicken fillet sandwich and that is just as good and let’s not forget about the waffle fries they are delicious. if you have not tried to breakfast menu you should try out the Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwich they are delicious as well as the other breakfast items that they have. For a fast food place this place is always so clean and welcoming. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Their food is consistently tasty though I do forget this place don’t sauce most of their sandwiches. So make sure you grab one of the packets in case you like a sauce my sandwich. Love Chick-Fil-A. Wish we had one in Canada. But maybe that’s why I like coming here when in the States. Looking forward to the next time I come.

Every since they decided to remove curbside and merge the mobile with the normal line it has been a disaster. I have stopped going to this location just because I refuse to wait in a line that was supposed to be completely separate from the normal line. Yes, they have pick available but if curbside was kept it would add the convenience back what was stolen from us. The line is also much slower compared to what it used to be as a result so I don’t mind driving to the 99th Ave location which still has the curbside as an option and much faster moving line. Bring back curbside to this location and it could improve your overall service again.

Pass on this one. Ordered ahead n the app, walk-in pickup. You would think that having this ability your food would be done when you get there. Not at this place. Waited 30 minutes AFTER I ordered food. Drinks were made and sitting on the counter the whole time. Fries were cold and soggy. There were people that walked in after me and left before me with their order. Definitely will not be returning to this location, if I eat at a Chic-fil-a again. Very disappointing.

I definitely went at the wrong time. It was crowded. There were a bunch of teens there, I am assuming that a high school was nearby. Some of the teens were trying to cut in line at this location. The staff were trying there best to keep up with the orders, just couldn’t keep control of the line and cleanliness of the store. One of the teens almost grabbed my order. My order came out right and my food was delicious. I had the number 2 combo. The fries were fresh and delicious and the chicken sandwich was amazing. The drinking selections were average.

I was disappointed in the fact that I did not receive the entirety of my meal and I had to pull forward and wait in the mobile line. HOWEVER, I went back in and told them I did not receive my meal correctly and in return I was given the upmost care. Not only was I given the sandwich I was owed but the staff was very empathetic and gave me multiple coupons for free entrees in the future. Although I was quite irritated in the beginning of this event I was later liberated from my irritation with the costumer service and the food being made great and fresh.

I usually go threw drive thru and it’s pretty good. I went to dine in for the first time, no parking I had to park in the other parking lot across the street. I got lucky to get a table by the bathroom. I hear names being called and some repeatedly over and over. I ordered at 11:08 and I got my food at 12:20. Supposedly they called my name which is very distinct and the app said they were still completing my order. They didn’t repeat my order and when I got my food it was a soggy chicken sandwich. I’m very disappointed.

Manager is amazing I was frustrated with my online order and he simply resolved everything in a timely manner, and it was a breakfast item 4 minutes after breakfast. Could’ve said no but he did it and I am so grateful.

Went here for lunch and to use a reward coupon for helping the Herd. What a joke….scanned reward at register and did NOT get my free waffle fries….grilled nuggets were over grilled on the burnt side. Very disappointed with customer service and no satisfaction. Talked to 3 people and no satisfaction. Not coming back here. I used to like Chick-fil-A. Tables were dirty.
