The children play ground was filthy food crumbs and wrappers everywhere. On the equipment itself food and crumbs. Seems as of it has not been cleaned in a couple of days. Also had someone approach and ask for money and when we mentioned to the employees all we got was yea he asked us to instead of addressing the person appropriately.

I had fast service , I really appreciate the playground as a mother of small child, and clean space. But I would love to highlight Lupe the staff member walking around the dining area taking care of the guest asking how they’re doing , being helpful, and putting out fresh flowers in a vase for the tables . Very sweet touch and Lupe is excited to be there and just displaying exceptional customer service.

This has got to be my favorite fastfood in the US! Chicken burger was good! Chick-fil-A was also something I would look forward to having whenever I’m in America.

Picked up a mobile order at this location around 3pm this afternoon. I understand it’s busy however, attitude of the employee who initially helped me could definitely be better. I asked for help in regards to where she wanted me to stop when backing in to drive through waiting spot as there were cars actively leaving the drive through. Instead of being helpful, the female employee (not sure of her name) responded with annoyance and attitude. The second male employee who dropped off the food was nice, however the first encounter with the other employee wasn’t as pleasant. People are people and i understand maybe she didn’t mean to be rude. But that’s definitely the way it came off unfortunately.

I’ve eaten here at least twice a week for months. Never once has my food been warm, let alone hot. Not a single time. And I eat in the building I don’t get it to go. Just like any other Chick Fil A, the service is good but damn man, can I at least get warm food? Just looked at my Chick Fil A app. I’ve eaten here up to 17 times a month for 9 months. Average is about 11 times a month. That’s a lot of not warm food I’ve paid for.

First, I always love me some chik fil a ! And we always order when we are hungry. But oh my god, Do we always have something that is missing ???!!!! There’s been multiple times where we order a Mac and Cheese and they always FORGETT!!!! Not only that but we recently ordered again , an Avocado Ranch Salad dressing was OPENED ?!??? What the hell yall! It was all smeared on the bag CMON ?!?? We are not going to stand for this and I would like a refund For all the stuff !!!!!!! BE BETTERRRR

Fries were a bit undersalted, nuggets were a bit burnt, and the Polynesian sauce packs kept ripping, making me have to reach in to fully open them.
Food was pretty fast to get from order to table.
Restaurant was really packed, but my family of four found a spot.
