Normally I can’t say enough about Chick-fil-A. They have always had exceptional service and their food has always been phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way that things are changing there. We’ve always liked stocking up on the ice cream they serve. It’s fantastic. In the past, they’ve always been very fair on the amount they put in their cups. Our last visit, I spent about $60, almost half of it being ice cream. I figured $5 for a quart is expensive, but their ice cream has always been worth it. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the ice cream was barely filled. When I express my concern over this the young man informed me that they are measuring their ice cream differently now. I said, “So this is how it’s supposed to be now?” He said yes. He then said he could try to see if they might change it, but he seriously doubted that they would. I then told him I would be writing a review regarding my experience. He just smiled and said, “Okay”. The only reason why my family and I go to Chick-fil-A is because of their ice cream. We will no longer be going. There’s no way that I will spend $5 for a quart of ice cream that is actually a pint, if that. I took a picture of how low the ice creams were but for some reason it wouldn’t allow me to post it. The cups were literally half full.

I came in to sit for a few minutes while I waited for a target order. I ordered a coke and no one brought it to my table. So after 15 mins I tell one of the young guys who works there. He says he needs my name and my order number so I oblige. He then comes back 2 more times because he can’t remember the info so I tell him I’ll come to the counter. Get there and to find the cup has been sitting on the counters next to the drink fountain the entire 20 mins now. No sorry, apology or anything. Chick-fil-A has always been a great place. Sad by this location’s inability to offer good customer service.

It was very busy when I went yesterday, but I could tell the workers were doing their best. Despite witnessing a woman assault one of the workers and use every word in her vast vocabulary of swears because she had to wait for her grilled chicken sandwich (as if she was the center of the universe), I can’t complain, and I enjoyed my food. Please be kind to the workers, especially when it’s busy, and remember it’s fast food chicken, not the cure for cancer.

We placed an order on the app and let the store know we had arrived via the app. When we went inside to pick up, they had sent our order out to a drive through customer. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order to be remade. When we did receive our order, one of the breakfast sandwiches was made incorrectly. They made our bacon and egg biscuit with cheese. It took an additional 15 minutes for the restaurant to correct the mistake. This Chick-fil-A location is not the pinnacle of customer service. The employees are nice enough and the food tastes just fine, but they lack the standard Chick-fil-A intangible qualities that make the experience better than other fast food restaurants.

I placed a mobile order this morning, and let the store know when we arrived. It took greater than 20 minutes to receive our order, as I heard they sent our order out to a drive thru customer by mistake and had to remake it. When we received our food, on of the sandwiches that was ordered without cheese had cheese. I went back to the counter to have the sandwich remade. It took about 15 minutes to receive our sandwich. When I waited at the counter to check the status of our food, I had attempted to gain the attention of staff, and was mostly ignored. The manager was on the phone the majority of the time and did not interact or make eye contact with customers. Not the typical customer service experience that I have come to expect from Chick fil a.
