This Chick-fil-A in Goodyear is one of the best locations I’ve been to! I had a great experience and really enjoyed my conversation with Aidan—such a young, talented, and smart team member. He was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better.
I usually order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (just the sandwich) and pair it with a cold brew with mocha—definitely give that combo a try! (Skip the vanilla—mocha is the way to go!) The service here is super fast and efficient—everything was ready in under five minutes. I love that they have separate lines for mobile pickup and drive-thru, which makes it so convenient.

Service was quick, and the staff were friendly and (mostly) on top of things, but it looked like the parking lot hadn’t been attended to since the night before.
Trash was strewn everywhere. Not really surprising, since we’re all conditioned to stay in our cars and use the drive thru, or even better, pay crazy delivery fees to have it dropped off lukewarm on our doorsteps. Most people don’t even get out of their cars, let alone their beds, so I guess the litter shouldn’t be surprising.

This location sets the bar high, and is honestly what every fast food location should strive to achieve. Being here feels like I’m back in the early 2000s when people took pride in doing a good job regardless of what the job was, and everyone has a smile on their face.
Customer service is on point, and fast, even during peak hours. Food is always fresh, and tastes great.
I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. In a time where a lot of us have to carefully choose who we give our money, chick-fil-a stands to be the place I want to keep coming back to.

My morning was already terrible with my phone blowing up nonstop, and Chick-fil-A just added to it. I ordered a 10-count chicken minis and instead got 30 nuggets with a little sauce spilled in the box. It looked unappetizing and honestly, a pile of nuggets at 7am was the last thing I needed—1 STAR.

We hosted a mom event at the Chick-fil-A Estrella (Goodyear) location, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff—especially Abbi! From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care.
Abbi went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely kind. You could tell she cared deeply about making our event a success, and it truly showed. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything throughout the event.
It’s rare to find a fast-food restaurant that feels this personal and community-oriented. Thank you, Abbi, and the entire Chick-fil-A Estrella team for making our mom event so special—we’ll absolutely be back!

Got the freshest most delicious salad today from this location!!! Zoom in on the photo- Absolutely beautiful! Lettuce was crisp, clean and flavorful. Tomatoes, fresh shredded cheese sweet corn and black beans. Added crispy chicken nuggets and an egg —— CHEF’S KISS!!!—- Southwestern Salad is so satisfying -Give it a try. It is fantastic.
This store seems to really care about the quality of the food they put out.

I had such a great experience at this chick fil a, to start off, I was greeted when entering the building. Someone by the name of Gael, took my order, which he was very polite and had great customer service. The food was also amazing, because it was fresh and did not take long to make. Overall, I am satisfied with this experience.

Keyonna the young woman working in the drive thru, has the worst possible customer service. Came in on a morning and asked her how long much longer would it still be? Asking really nicely just couldn’t help but many mobile & drive thur orders were going past me & she gave me a stern look & incredibly sassy attitude “ idk how much longer other guests have been waiting much longer than you” which caught me by surprise. I understand it wasn’t her fault it was busy of course but to be kind isn’t hard. I understand working in the food industry can be stressful but being nice and compassionate to guests doesn’t cost much. Hope management sees this as an opportunity to train staff and keyonna a bit better when handing situations.

Missing order on 12/16/2025 . I called about ten minutes after I left store telling manager I didn’t receive my complete order she said I could not come back a she would have to issue me a gift card , she took my name and address Still to the day no gift card ! Was in the area today thought I’d stop by talk to a manager assistant director” Peter “ was very unprofessional , saying there was no way to find my order as if I was lying . I told him it was not the matter of my money but principle of your word . Words that were not kept ! The way they kept my money was dirty . The way I couldn’t go back and pick up my missing food ! He did a huge laugh in my face this morning . I kept it professionally and left store . I called a few minutes after saying how unprofessional it was to laugh at me at my situation . He hung up the phone . Managers are supposed to descalate the situation not escalate. I called the cooperate office and they found my transaction right away even peter said it would be impossible. I will be waiting for your managers phone call.
