This is the first time in a long time I’ve had really friendly service and good/fresh food at a Burger King.
My son wanted to get a SpongeBob meal. The super nice lady at the counter (wish I had got her name) told me they were out of the pie so would need to ring everything up separately.
Regardless, we got everything but the pie. No biggie. The food was so good and fresh. That yellow burger was surprisingly delicious as well as the pineapple freeze.
I really liked the cashier. Such a sweet lady! Best Burger King around.

I was trying not to leave no stars . I called asked for a manager he said this him . I told him my food was old he had the nerve to say what you want me to do about it . What I want you to do as a manager remake my food or give me a refund . He said I can’t give you a refund over the phone well I know that . I tried to call back the phone goes to voicemail

We had a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up around 4:30 today, August 19. The lady at the speaker and window was incredibly kind, and our food came out delicious- just as ordered. Thank you for your amazing attitude, we hope to see more of you at this location in the future!

Had a mobile order and went to pick it up, the lady at the window was very nice with a big smile on her face, then while we were sitting in the parking lot eating she brought out a drink I didn’t even realize I was missing. Best customer service I’ve had in fast food, even if it was a small interaction she made my day!

I eat breakfast here and the food is good, and the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS!!! The problem they have is that they open at 6am, but they are NEVER ready until 615-620. It’s NOT the staffs fault, they have told me multiple times sorry and they are lage bc their boss won’t let them work earlier to be ready at the 6am opening. That is a management/ownership problem being shortsighted by not paying the 2 or 3 people an extra 15 mins to have everything ready when they should.
