My mom and I got right up to the order box. There was no waiting in line. The drive-thru attendant did a great job of repeating and confirming what my mom wanted on her sandwich. I bet we were in and out of there in under 10 minutes. Good job!

Worst chic fil a I’ve been to. Lack of attention and undercooked chicken for my pregnant wife in back to back experiences. Market salad earlier this week was covered in blue cheese which she cannot have while pregnant and we specifically asked that it not be included. The receipt even said it so the order was taken right but we were not given the right one or someone didn’t care. That salad got thrown out and we had to eat elsewhere. Today she got the deluxe chicken sandwich and it was raw inside. Keep in mind she’s pregnant and every little thing like this we try to avoid and have trusted chic Fil a in the past. We threw that away as well.

As much as I love CFA this is the worst one in Arizona. I always wait an insane amount of time (literally 30 min most of the time) from the time I mark “I’m here” to when I receive my food. The employees have been rude to me on more than one occasion going as far as telling me I was lying one time when I said there wasn’t dressing for my salad in the bag. I avoid this location as much as possible. I was recently running late and placed a small order in hopes to not have a bad experience and my order was incorrect after waiting longer than the “estimated” time on the app. It’s always extremely busy, but that’s no excuse to be rude and give incorrect orders.

Great service as always at Chick-fil-A. Play area was open so my littles had an amazing time and burned off some energy. This location isn’t as attentive as most. The trash cans were overflowing and they didn’t seem over-staffed as usual to provide extra service. But still better service than most fast food places!

I’m surprised they decided to decrease the portion size of the granola and raisins that goes with the salads. The one this I though couldn’t be screwed up and it was because corporate chick-fil-a is trying to cut corners… thanks because now my salads are less exciting because of you. Also my wife ordered a sandwich with no pickles and the girl put in extra pickles… she was the one who asked. Horrible experience.

I do not understand the hype. The chick fila sauce is amazing but you can get that at a grocery store. For the price and the time you wait in line it’s just not that awesome. I know everybody loves it, I just don’t. 25 minutes in the drive thru lane is just too long for a piece of chicken on a bun with nothing on it.

We ate in on a Friday night near closing time. We got chicken sandwiches and fries which were typical ChickfilA quality. We tried their mac n cheese and it was good. We asked for extra special ChickfilA sauce and got lots of packets. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was full of young teenagers hanging out peacefully.

I was in a super long drive thru, they got through all the cars super fast!! I had a large order so I have to park, they still got the food to me not even a minute later! The parking lot was super slammed and crazy, but a worker say me struggling to back out and guided me out!! I wish I caught his name!!
