Went to get food with my family and ordered two kids meals with mc and cheese. One of them was burnt so I went to the counter and asked if I could get a new one. The manager HUNTER, talked to me and said that is normal, I explained that it is burnt and the other one was fine and I just wanted one to replace that burnt one, he said no and said he wasn’t going to do anything about it. It was horrible customer service and he looked at me like he didn’t care and just wanted to turn around and keep talking to his coworker. I wasn’t rude or asking for anything crazy just a new Mac and cheese for my kid. He should’ve handled that very differently and did not act as a leader should. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in how everything turned out.

This location has never gotten my order correct. Today I ordered 30 nuggets and got 10 strips. Only way to make it right is to go back through the nightmare parking lot/ drive through so I never do. Who has time for that?
Anyway, just tired of paying for food I don’t get. Try another location if you care about precision.

I often walk into the mall and get Chick-fil-A because it is quicker than going to the drive-thru in Provo. The only problem with the mall is the line is so far away that people cut in front of me. I wish the workers would look at the line and see that people are cutting in front and serve those who are waiting in the line. The picture I took is from the front of the line. No rush.
Update: they are soaking the soda nozzles at the food pick up spot. The worker literally reached over them to hand me my food.

Going here for lunch is LITERALLY the highlight of my day.
The food is obviously amazing. But, it seems like Chick Fil A is the only place that seems to get it right. I’m not looking to be best friends. I’m not looking for your negative attitude. I just want to order some food and have a good experience.

Thinnest chicken in their sandwiches. At this point it’s mostly the fried breading. Pretty nasty eating a bite full of bread, oil and breading

The manager there is very pushy about the app. None of the other employees even mention it. She brings it up once and I said no thanks. She then said I know you come hear a lot and started going on a long spill about the app and I told her I don’t care about the app and leave me alone about it. She looked appalled and didn’t say sorry or anything. I felt very uncomfortable and won’t be going when she’s there.
