Went to the Herriman Howl last night and decided to get some catered chick-fil-a for convenience instead of going to the store in person. The prices were quite a bit higher being catered than at the brick and mortar, which is to be expected… but the food was very subpar. They only had the option for an 8 count nugget or a chicken sandwich, so my daughter wanted the nuggets. Got the order, and she opened them up immediately to find the chicken not fresh and half the nuggets were just breading as you can see in the picture. I mentioned this to the employee that processed our order and he just kinda shrugged and didn’t say anything else, so I said well I guess I have to buy another sandwich since the nuggets are going to cut it. Poor service and poor food. MVV chick-fil-a usually does better. I would have rather sent an email to get this resolved, but I can’t find an email address on their website.

Do NOT order directly from the app for delivery. If/when an order arrives missing items, you’re out of luck. The website instructs you to call the location directly, after which they will inform you that there is absolutely nothing they can do if they give it to the delivery driver. I paid the fees, tips, and cost of food but only some of us get dinner tonight.

It’s a pretty standard Chick-fil-a except for how crowded it gets. Unfortunately the traffic pattern clogs everything up and it takes forever to get your food. It’s also super hard to find parking because the drive through backs up into the parking lot. Be careful where you park or you could get locked in.

I’ve seen some really busy Chik-Fil-A’s in my day, but this one was REALLY BUSY! Two lane drive-thru PACKED. Larger than normal dining room PACKED. Even the pickup counter, for GrubHub and DoorFash orders was swarmed by delivery drivers. The parking lot was filled to capacity and people were walking over from adjacent parking areas. In spite of all that, the staff were all smiles and courtesy. Everything I could see was clean. Diners looked happy, and seemed to be enjoying their meals – as if the staff’s good mood was contagious. What can I say? I caught the bug and left with a big smile on my face, and a warm contented feeling in my tummy. Maybe it’s the Season, maybe it’s something in the air or the water. I don’t know, but I know I like Chick-fil-A even better than before.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A. But coming from a family with gluten allergies, this location has been the worst experience. There have been at least four times we’ve ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun, clearly stated it was for an allergy, and still arrived home to find a regular bun. I personally don’t like the gluten-free bun, so I usually order grilled nuggets — again, noting the gluten allergy — and still end up with the breaded ones.
We’d check before leaving, but the staff always seem to rush everyone through the line so quickly that you barely get a second to double-check. If it had only happened once, I’d let it slide, but it’s been nearly every time, which is unacceptable for an allergy order. I don’t know if it’s a problem with how the order is entered or if the kitchen just isn’t paying attention, but either way, we can’t trust this location to accommodate our allergy safely.
One positive — the fries are always great. Chick-fil-A definitely has the best fries around.

That was the best experience that I had at Chick-fil-A yet! The service was amazing and especially the food. We tried the pretzel cheddar chicken sandwich and it was so good. Amazing! We hope it stays a menu item and not limited time! So good I want it again, but I’m so full! I LOVE THE PRETZEL CHEDDAR CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!!!!

Sat at the mic for far too long before being greeted. There was one other car there and no one inside. It was early. Then waited nearly 10 minutes for a sandwich. That’s it. The experience at this location has gone down hill steadily as of late.
The gal at the window was however very nice.

You know, I’ve been to lots of chick fil A’s. But this one. Wow. Impeccable. But it wasn’t the food, or the play place. But Dalton. Dalton is just one of those great people on earth, I can literally see rays of sunshine glowing around him, he just consists of this aura that’s immaculate. Please give bro a fat raise he has a wife and kids at home he needs this.

Well I’m not sure what has happened to this place, but wow is all I can say about that experience.
Just wanted ketchup and more chick fil a sauce. Requested it at the beginning of placing the order, when I got my bag, I looked and nope! No extra sauce and zero ketchup! So I asked, and was told that there is a shortage on sauce and that I can not have any more than what is issued, With a move along attitude.
I said I want my sauce and I am happy to pay for it. I was told that it doesn’t work that way, you get what you get. So yeah give me my money back then and I will go somewhere else. Ok Hunter said, I will give you one more then! No Dude, I want a manager and I want my money back. Yep that was a wow for me at a Chick fil a ! Anyway now that we have about 7 different places within a mile and half that sell chicken of all kinds, I don’t have to go there anymore. Don’t waste your time like I did.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A other than it’s CONSISTENTLY good: the food, the service, the people, and the atmosphere! Your first clue is the long lines at the drive-thru as well as inside. Any of their chicken sandwiches are ALWAYS delicious! And their waffle fries are singularly crispy and delicious! Their Polynesian sauce (my favorite) is uniquely different and delicious! And if you DO see a long line of people or cars, don’t worry, they’ll get you through quickly; they’re that quick!
