This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and this past experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We’ve been through the drive through several times as my wife and I work very close. Each experience things have been forgotten about, or the wait time is exceptionally long, and when things aren’t forgotten and we don’t have to wait long the quality is poor. (See picture of bacon bits? Like seriously? I’d prefer to wait for full strips of bacon if bacon isn’t cooked. Lol)
UNFORTUNATELY for the most part it has been all three. Slow, poor quality, and losing things.
Anyways. I’ll be back to update if it gets better. But this CFA definitely needs new management if things dont improve.

This location opened not too long ago and every day still seems like opening day based on it being always packed to the brim. Finding a table can be tough. The line is always super long, and the drive thru is even worse.
30-40 minute wait times inside or at the drive thru are not uncommon.
Chick-fil-a is always busy no matter what location, but this one is particularly packed.
Food is as expected, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly. Just don’t expect this to be “fast” food at all.

First time back since they first opened and were still figuring things out. Much better experience this time now that they’ve been open for a while. Just like any other chick fil a. Very polite employees, calm atmosphere, indoor play area, outside seating. Very nice.

I did a mobile order which is always easy and the lady was really nice but when I got to work my egg white grill didn’t have any cheese in it which helps give it some moisture so it was super dry. Nobody wants to eat an English muffin which egg white and chicken only.

My dear companions, allow me to regale you with a tale of culinary highs and lows so dramatic, they rival the most epic of sagas. Picture this: golden, crispy chicken, its savory aroma dancing in the air, paired with fries of such perfection, they could make a grown gourmand weep with joy. Alas, this symphony of flavors was soon to be disrupted. My Coca-Cola, usually a nectar of the gods, tasted like the tears of a forgotten deity. And as for my beloved daughter, her frozen confection, a sugary dream turned into a nightmare when a rogue piece of paper dared to infiltrate its creamy depths. A tragedy in three acts, I tell you!

Had an amazing experience tonight. I don’t leave good reviews often but this deserved attention! I went to ask for his name and I think it was Carlos. Black hair, white Apple Watch band and glasses. Anyways, they didn’t see our online order and felt bad so they brought us a shake without us even complaining to make up for it. We then went inside to eat because we wanted to eat inside and he was smiling and taking to every customer with a very good attitude. The dude made me feel good and he wasn’t even talking to me. Great energy and employee! Should be rewarded!

The inside of this Chick-fil-A is spacious and clean, but the service and food have been consistently disappointing. Every time I use the drive-thru, it takes forever—even with a mobile order, which you’d expect to be quicker. On my last visit, cars behind me received their food before I did, and I was stuck waiting at the front of the line. It was frustrating and awkward. One of the first times I visited this location, I ordered chicken minis and asked for extra honey butter. They refused, even though the American Fork location is always willing to accommodate that request. The manager and staff were not friendly, which really set the tone for my experience here.

Huge chick fil a fan here. Disappointed that they are taking as long as they are to get operations running smoothly after opening. Have been 3 times and haven’t waited less than 20 mins in the drive thru despite only having 5 or less cars ahead of me. Afraid to order here now because I don’t know how long I’m gonna be locked in the line. This is all with the mobile thru lane too.

Hands down, THE BEST, most lovely, and Emaculately spotless Chick-fil-A restaurant I’ve Ever been to!!! (And I’ve been eating at CFA restaurants since childhood!) Additionally, the food was complete perfection, and the customer service was Superb and absolutely Top Notch!!! Especially by the cheery, friendly, upbeat, kind, welcoming, hardworking, and eager-to-serve male morning shift cashier that was working during my dine-in visit! (He’s Definitely a keeper, CFA! And I can most certainly see him progressing into management, and then eventually, becoming a franchise owner himself, over the years to come, as he has that strong of a passion and fire for his job and his employer! )
My new go-to Chick-fil-A, for sure!
