The people at Chik-fil-a are always amazing, friendly, warm, and helpful, the food is delicious and reasonably priced for the quality. The dining area was bustling but the open tables were all clean and there were people to help you with your trays. The drive-thru is an operation into itself and, despite the long line, it moves faster than any other restaurant.

Stopped through for lunch and it was pretty busy. We ordered and had our meal within a couple mins. Food was great and one of the employees even refilled my soda. It was refreshing to have good service.

Chick-fil-A, Nampa location right off i-84 at Marketplace; sometimes this place gets really busy but lines are never an issue as the two lanes are processed quickly and efficiently by restaurant staff, all of whom have presented with a smile and great attitude.

Something is happening to the food quality at this location. This is my second time that the bread /bun on my sandwich was so dry and old that it crumbled into pieces when I held it. It also had a bad aftertaste. Don’t know what’s going on there, but if it doesn’t change, I’ll stop eating there. I’ve eaten at Chick Fil-A in many states. Never had bad bread.

The kid who took my order was very rude and obviously not happy to be there and messed up my order but one of the leads was fantastic when I went back inside, she was super nice about it. Fixed it. And insisted I got a free brownie for the mistake. I was just happy to have the right food but she made it easy and nice. Kid in the drive thru needs a talking to though to make sure he is ok. None of us like to work but if you’re being paid you gotta give it your all if you can. I hope he is ok and nothing was majorly wrong.

First time treating myself to a Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich. So delicious. Perfect amount of meat, sauce, condiments (pickles, lettuce). I highly recommend them for fast food. The staff were kind and attentive. They prepared my meal in a timely manner and gave me plenty of napkins in the bag. I’ll be back!

I’ve come to this location three times and I know one things for sure. Every time I expect a large fry, I better expect this and this is what it looks like every time. This is ridiculous. And the kids that work here need to learn a little more customer service rather than flirting with each other while I’m trying to give my order. These are photos from two of the three times. Hadn’t eaten out of either carton in the picture yet. You can see the fries were so low that it didnt or barely goes past the front ridge. The fries are never full waffle fry pieces either. It’s always scraps. All the times I’ve come it was not super busy times at drive thru.

Chick-fil-A is always busy. The drive through has two lanes and each lane had a dozen cars in line when I arrived. But the staff took orders on the move and worked down the line. When I got to the other side of the building, the three people delivering orders to cars were quick and efficient.

My wife loves their Cobb salad. Seeing how ridiculously busy they always are I figured I would try them so I tried a couple different things three different times, first two times I tried the grilled nuggets (5 piece picture attached) and was disappointed at how small they were for the price. I tried the 8 piece grilled nuggets the second time and again, very small and disappointing for the price. The last trip I tried the deluxe chicken sandwich, which tasted burnt, which was very odd, it didn’t look burnt, but had a strong almost bitter taste. It wasn’t inedible, but certainly wasn’t impressive. So, three strikes, I’m outta here. My wife will continue to order her salad but I think I’ll go somewhere else…

Stopped for breakfast. Certainly not what I expected. I have never had Chick-fil-A for breakfast the the biscuits fell apart into a crumbly mess. It tasted good but not something that you want to eat on the go in your car.
