I normally would write a review with all one stars in all departments, but I’m not sure what happened. I’ve never had an order messed up at this place ever, and this time around it’s like employees weren’t sure what they were suppose to be doing? Ordered the chicken wrap and got nothing but lettuce in it sadly, and then no ranch. The sweet tea and zero ice in it at all. Not the best experience 🙁

Really looked forward to picking up chick after shopping this morning. It’s a rare treat for us. Service was good but the food was really really disappointing. Cold waffle fries and my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was a patty on a bun with two tiny pickles. I guess the term deluxe doesn’t mean anything anymore.

Always like this place. Good food fast. I normally use the app as then I am not really sitting there. I ask the wife what she wants and she can kind of take her time thinking about what she wants (and myself too) order and then go. No hassle and no fighting when the order is wrong. Double win, or is it a triple?:)

First time ever this has happened to me here. Ordered for my whole family. Asked for 4 chic fil a sauce. For this amount of food have asked for more sauce in the past and always get it. However today only got 2. Asked for 2 more she said no they had a shortage. I said I could pay for 2 more it’s fine again said no! Had to get back in line and explained what happened. Lady nodded her head and said she wasn’t charging me and gave me the 2! If it’s extra I don’t mind just lmk but no one did. Bad experience today which is hard coming from this great location every time in the past I’ve gone. For reference went in at 10:46am 11/4/2025.

Great experience today! Dylan was very helpful and quick to take our order even when he was busy helping other people. Only reason for a 4 star was there wasn’t much service in the dining room at the time we came in for dinner. Great food overall

Pretty dirty in there today, I can kind of get it due to the amount of people, but. Also the server handed us our drinks covered in soda so that was a sticky experience. The chicken is about $1 a nugg now, wow! The chicken strips are always good!

I don’t get it almost every time I order a deluxe sandwich (not spicy) I get SPICY!!! This is thru the drive thru- I always say not SPICY!! What is wrong with these cooks, I know the girl got it correct but the sandwich preparers can’t read or just don’t care? Please do better my stomach does not like spicy!!

I went to go get some food yesterday here with my sister and friend and we ended up kinda getting the same thing spicy chicken sandwich and fries and i had gotten the mac and cheese and when i open out food it was like funky and the bacon on my mac and cheese looked raw but i said maybe its just how it looks i ate it and everything i shared my mac and cheese with my sister and we finished and went home not even 30 minutes later im literally pooping my pants everywhere my sister calls me the same thing with her and then my friend calls and with her to i have no idea what they changed or if they are taking there food cleanliness seriously but i’ve never been this sick from eating at chick-fil-a
