My family loves going to Chick-fil-A. Not only is the food always great, but the service is always really good.
I like that they have QR codes that let you order at your table and then they’ll bring you the food.
They always have workers cleaning so everything is very neat and tidy.
It does get pretty busy around lunch or dinner so lines can be long and it can be hard to find a table.
My kids also love playing in the play place which I feel like is kept pretty clean for a play place.

I understand when you order through a 3rd party like doordash some fault is on them, however when you seal a bag, with a correct receipt and wrong items you should take some accountability! Not say oh its on doordash and there’s nothing we can do at all. Have some accountability or atleast apologize not juat blame someone else.

We were served by Savannah who was an absolute sweetheart and was so kind to us. She cleared our trays and trash for us and also was so sweet and brought us waters so we didn’t have to leave our table to ask the cashier. She is an amazing worker and I hope she gets recognized for her kindness!!

EDIT: the team leader was amazing and gave us a free meal despite the cards being expired.
We come to this location each time we go to IF. The place is always packed and there is always a line which is commonly expected. The lady taking our orders was rushing and didn’t get some of our orders right. The building is also pretty dirty as I see food on the ground and multiple un wiped tables. The food was good and tasted just like any other chick fil a location. Definitely had better chick fil a experiences but it’s always great to come here when you pass by.

I decided to go to Chick Filla today and try it out. The entire town was there it felt like. The drive thru was around the corner and the place was packed. The chicken sandwich was borderline okay the waffle fries were basic as hell. It was like eating a great value Walmart patty on GV bread nothing special about it. So for there to be so many people you have to question what the hell is wrong with them? Like there’s a Culver’s right down the road and it’s 1M times better. I’m baffled at the stupidity of having to sit there in a 30 min line for subpar food. What a bunch of weirdos! Definitely not going back and left scratching my head wondering why it’s so packed .

Food is really good for the category. Though is soggy 70% of the time. I was really impressed by the younger staff, N had issue with ny order and A was treated with extraordinary professionalism and genuine kindness through the support given to me from Christan and Jaxon. Who ever is paying them needs to give them a bonus or a raise! Otherwise; from where I was standing in front of the counter I saw a women with a name tag Bailey being ery sharp with her other employees. It was disappointing and disgusting to watch.That’s me putting it in simple terms.I was very greatful for those to young men, I really hope that they are treated with the same standards that they so willingly gave me.
