Chick-Fil-A easily wins my award for most consistently operating at a high level; you pretty much always know exactly what you’re going to get. It was true for this location, which we’d never visited before. My only nitpick is that they’d closed the restrooms pretty far in advance of closing time (~20 minutes early), and the wife was NOT happy about that. “Happy wife, happy life” is a thing, but the reverse is also true!

I had a small, unexpected car issue in the drive-thru right after getting my food, and it was very stressful in the moment. The employee who brought out my order was incredibly calm, patient, and kind. She immediately asked what I needed and even offered to hold my ice cream while I fixed it.
Her calm energy was exactly what I needed, and she made an awkward situation feel so much easier. It may have seemed small, but it really meant a lot to me. Truly five-star service, thank you for being so sweet!

Well my son wanted Chick-fil-A & as usual the drive thru in Greeley was horrendous so we went to the one closest to Windsor where we were headed. I’m glad we did, there wasn’t a huge line in the drive thru or inside. The only thing I can say I was displeased with was the cashier who kept staring at my boyfriend, now in her defense she probably never seen someone that looks like he’s got half of his head missing… but it would make me uncomfortable to have someone looking at me so hard ( he’s pretty used to it sadly) but I get it.. she was pretty young. But the food was really fresh & good and all of them were very polite, nice & helpful.

Not only is Chick-fil-A generally a pretty good place to eat, but at times it can be a little bit more. Tonight I wanted to Prompose to my girlfriend and I used Chick-fil-A to do it (You can understand in the image below). The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in this especially two employees at the register who I sadly don’t know the names of. They help me make her night special and I couldn’t be more grateful. Yet another W for Chick-fil-A.

You have to improve the timeliness of Mobile thru. I order that way for it to be quick in and out and I wait every time and usually a couple of cars through the drive through leave before me. I love my Chick Fil A and everyone is pleasant, but by the time they get to me I’m not

This is my first review ever, but I had to share my experience! The food was delicious, but what really made this visit special was the service. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Luis, the manager, checked on us twice and even gave my kids a little stuffed cow. Gary, another manager, brought us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. The team was laughing and having fun, and their positive energy was contagious.
I also forgot to order my wife’s to-go meal, so I had to go through the drive-thru. Amanda, who was taking orders outside, was just as friendly and upbeat. Honestly, I don’t usually pay attention to details, but I even noticed and remembered everyone’s names! I really needed that human touch last night. Highly recommend this location for both great food and amazing service!
