I ordered a sandwich and it didn’t have what it advertised it had on it and was also burnt so I drove back and the kids that work there acted very rude. Didn’t say sorry just said “you were already here earlier” when of course I’m back if I’m trying to get a new sandwich after their mistake. I was calm and patient with them because I understand mistakes happen but what bother me was the way they acted. The girl then asked to have my sandwich back to look at it as if she thought I was making it up but then once they got me a new sandwich they didn’t have anything to say. I’ve been going here for years but now with their new employees I think I’m gonna go elsewhere for now on.

Super busy lunch hour but you would never know at this Chick-fil-A, employees kept us moving while smiling and chatting creating such an enjoyable drive thru! They got everything right, everything was hot as you’d want and we are happy and full!

They forgot to put a sandwich in the bag for my order. Didn’t realize until I was home and had to return to the store to get the sandwich (2nd time in the last few months). They didn’t apologize when I told them, just looked at me and said let me get your sandwich. Got home and the rest of my food got cold. Will NEVER go back there again! So much for our monthly chic fil a fix. This location is terrible!

The line at the Centennial location was very long and I didn’t have much time so almost left before placing my order. Mirna took my order and was absolutely delightful! It took 6 minutes from the time I ordered to leaving the drive-thru. 6 minutes! I didn’t think it was humanly possible to get this done in such a short amount of time! Your crew has the process NAILED DOWN. The only disappointment was that I asked for a receipt (this was a business lunch) and was given someone else’s so quite a bit of extra work to reconcile my expenses.

I am not a fan of this Chick-fil-a. Although I sure do love me some chick fila I will avoid this store specifically because of the unfriendly staff I have encountered on multiple occasions. If you’re tummy is wanting chick fila, try to find another location and avoid this one if you want to be treated professionally.

The entrance to this location is weird. But we walked in and we were amazed at how big and open this location is. We ordered and our food came out and was cold. They were awesome about replacing it but then our bag sat up on the to go shelf until we asked about it. Meanwhile there were literally 9 employees on break/in the lobby.
