I have been here numerous times and this order Brynn didn’t acknowledge my service animal vest and questioned me about my clearly vested service animal just telling me animals aren’t allowed. I asked Abby the girl who gave me my order about the girl’s name who yelled at me for my service dog(Brynn) and she than yelled at me stating I couldn’t be inside the business with my service animal who clearly had a service dog vest. I was pucking up a mobile order as I was staying in a hotel across the street. I think training needs to be established about questioned service animals especially if one is clearly vested as a service animal. Probably won’t return to this location EVER! So I walked back across the street in the rain after being discriminated to get soggy grilled nuggets. I work in the kitchen and this is the saddest meal I’ve ever had coupled with the worst customer service!

I visit chick fil a fairly frequent. This is one of the SLOWEST chick fil a’s I’ve ever been to. Drive thru was over a 35 minute wait with 2 lanes. And the food wasn’t even fresh. The Southlands location is my usually place and they’re 5x as busy but way faster. Short staffed?

Not sure why this location has 2 lane drive thru, others I regularly visit have one lane and just as many customers and it’s still faster. Please help to solve the long wait times in the drive thru. This location sucks. Every time I come here I wait 20 minuets in the drive through line. Today I waited 20 minuets just to get to the window at which point they told me I’d need to wait in a parking spot for the 1 single meal I ordered. I’m typing this as I’m waiting. Portion sizes for chicken sandwiches – as with all CFA locations – is inconsistent with about a 50/50 chance of getting the generous portions that built their prior reputation. NO PARKING DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. Drive thru design is absolutely attrocious – it creates a hazzard for older and younger pedestrian traffic for dine in. No proper handicap parking for safe access to dine in. I see this same design at the newer restaurants. Dine in is very crowded at lunch It saddens me that there is no longer any way to give feedback to CFA at any level on a personal basis. The cost accountants rule at all CFAs now.

ChickFilA is always a fast food favorite for me. The service is always pleasant, and food comes out promptly. I actually dined in at this location, and it wasn’t busy inside.
