Correct me if I’m wrong, but I told the drive thru person that I wanted the spicy deluxe meal and then asked for the soup in addition to the fries. I didn’t get the fries and when I went in to ask about them she said we didn’t charge you for the fries because you got the soup and that I’d have to pay for the fries. To me it looks like I paid for a sandwich meal and a full priced soup. Just want to say I’m leaving here quite irritated and probably won’t be returning for a while. I also never write reviews or get mad at this sort of thing. I just feel like a company who makes so much money should be able to give away a medium fries. The people are usually always so kind when I come through this location but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Decent chic fil a with decent taste. Great service usually! Some food kicks others do not. Fries somehow are not as good as other locations.

I’m confused on the side of the tenders, I get for the price it’s somewhat okay but when nuggets are almost 75% of the same size that’s not okay. I’m not even being a “Fat American” as people would say. This was a cheat meal and I just moved back to Colorado hoping this had improved like the restaurants and drivers(I was somewhat disappointed). Chick-fil-A used to be a very sporting place to eat at as a family or by yourself but has no been subjected to low income, high expenses which hurts to say. (I have small hands and that is my pinky for reference). The staff was very nice and the flavoring is always on par, but come on.

Visit one of these stores at least a few times a month & by far these guys have there stuff together. Teamwork is truly amazing when people are happy get treated like family. Thank you for the hospitality! It’s always my pleasure to stop by for these types of experiences.

Spent $60, asked for sauce and received 0 sauces. These people working fast food weather chick fil a, wingstop and the list goes on consistently get things wrong. I am 1 for 7 this year on getting my order correct at food places. Thanks goodness In and out got my order correct else Id be batting .000.

My egg whites were over cooked. I get two. Not fluffy like other Chick-fil-A locations. I cut em with the chicken breast underneath. These literally fell apart. I had to remove the flaky part to eat my egg whites. Restaurant used to be much better. Never again.

Not my favorite chick. They prioritize drive thru making a walk in order a second thought. They will supply the cars with the last fries before an indoor customer gets served. My wait was way too long.

I now go to a completely different Chick Fil A, even though this one is 3 minutes from where I live. Great people at this location! BUT THE FOOD…. Chicken sandwiches are ALWAYS THICKKKK. No one wants to bite into a thick piece of chicken. And the fries are never crispy. Nice and soggy floppy fries. Chicken nuggets will have thick pieces of breading that are quite literally just scraps of chicken. Same thing with the tenders. The quality control of the food at this location is awful.
Edit: Recently gave this location another chance and the chicken sandwich was still extra thick with TONS of breading. I had 5 actual french fries, the rest is in the picture shown. This location is truly a disgrace to chick-fil-a

I don’t often delete reviews and make new ones but this is by far the most consistently best tasting Chick-fil-A in the Denver Metro area and I have tried them all. Everything no matter the time tastes fresh out the peanut oil! It’s a shame it’s not close to home in Aurora but the personnel here are Grade A service providers!

Would love to give it 5 stars, as staff is very friendly, and service, drive through, is very quick.
However, on occasion, utensils are not placed in the bag, and customers are forced to come back inside to get them. As you can imagine, it’s difficult to shift/remove multiple items in a bag while in the drive through (soup), that could potentially spill.
Looking forward to coming back, and when this becomes more consistent, I would be happy to update my review. (Acknowledging that I edited it)
