So I didn’t really think this Chick Fil A was great but today has sealed it for me to not return. I got the egg white grill and a medium fry. Thankfully my teeth are strong cause the fries were so hard to eat. When I opened the sandwich, I was done eating because the sight of it ruined my appetite! I have been completely turned off from this place!

I ordered breakfast to eat in. I waited for 10 minutes, watching every other person who ordered to-go get their meals and leave, so I walked to the front and the cashier assured me they hadn’t forgotten. Then after another 5 minutes when no one was even in line. I walked back up and asked how come I didn’t have my food yet. The cashier walked to the food grabbed my single ticket off the board and put my food on a tray, saying sorry they’re short staffed. She didn’t offer me a discount, a coupon, nothing. I told her to just refund my money and I’d leave. The manager refunded me but offered not a single apology.

I always eat at this cfa and have only had my experiences with the employees not the managers until recently. My experience with them was absolutely terrible, they do nothing but ignore and complain about the customers which ruined me and my families experience at cfa. The workers are usually very efficient and very kind but the managers are the complete opposite which surprised me. I talked to Yara during my time there due to me wanting to get my refund, the person taking my money was waiting for a manager to approve for about TEN MINUTES not even an apology from the “manager”. I was explaining the situation and she looked at me like she was unaware that this was her job . This is disappointing, do better cfa.

I recently went through the drive-thru and was shocked by how much this business relies on teenagers. I have a granddaughter who turns 16 next month and is interested in working here. Out of curiosity, I asked an employee their age and how much they make, and they said they were only 16 and earning barely $15 an hour. They also mentioned that they are not allowed to accept tips. They went on to explain that this pay structure applies to every other high school student who works there as well.

The majority of employees I see when I visit (especially in the evenings) are very young and appear extremely overworked. I also frequently notice a tall man with an afro, who appears to be a manager and is consistently rude, overly pushy, and unprofessional toward the staff. He seems to panic or lash out over the smallest issues, such as an employee forgetting to smile or missing a simple phrase, and regularly places unnecessary stress on them. He is constantly ordering workers around and having them do everything for him rather than offering support or assistance himself. The last time I visited, my sauces were forgotten. When this man approached me and asked what I was waiting on, I explained the situation. He then proceeded to reprimand an employee, stating that mistakes are unacceptable, which only added to the pressure (especially for someone so young who is still in school and has a future far beyond working at Chick-fil-A).

I understand that teenagers cannot expect the highest pay when working their first part-time job. However, I find it extremely unfair that this business depends so heavily on teenagers while placing an unreasonable amount of pressure on them. I have driven past this Chick-fil-A in every kind of weather imaginable and consistently see a young girl or boy standing outside taking orders, which I believe is a result of irresponsible and poor management. Will not be coming back to support this mistreatment!

I was at Chick-fil-A Saturday at 9 am went through the DT and ordered a chicken burrito and since I saw the tortilla soup is back I asked the lady if I could get one to my surprise she said sat right NO w/o any explanation. I asked her again and she said again NO in rude way and stated NO it’s not ready. I worked cs for many years and she had none of that. I said thank you in a polite way but no response or apology which I found very disrespectful. She could have use other words but none of that happen.

This ain’t like the ones in the south. Inside doesn’t feel great. Food takes a bit of time to get. Andrea that works there hates her job clearly. Handed us the wrong order and when we tried to hand the order back to get correct order she just froze like a deer in headlights. Had to call her by name to get her to start functioning as a person again. Good also doesn’t taste great compared to the ones back home in Alabama.

That was some of the most awful service and prepared food that I had ever witnessed and I wish I would have taken a picture cuz the loosely wrapped chicken sandwich was like it was thrown together with a bulldozer and Frankenstein’s mortician except maybe a little more cooked if that’s even right as it was cold and I just ordered it literally 30 seconds before that. Just not cool. Parking here is very tight as well and the service I don’t think I even want to get into cuz dang, I would just like to talk to the person that trained these people in courtesy, greeting a customer and simply getting the order down

This location has fallen off. The fries don’t taste like they used to. They used to be flavorful now they’re bland. The customer service used to be top notch as well. Now the lady changing the trash out doesn’t want to say excuse me and the last time I came in I was standing there waiting for two large fries for the longest. Someone came in and received their mobile order before me and even the lady that took the order was puzzled.

I’m disappointed to see one of my favorite Chick-fil-A location declining in quality. My latest experience was a letdown. Despite ordering through the curbside pickup (somehow they managed to give me someone’s drive thru order!) and even knowing my name, they still got my sandwich wrong – twice! To make matters worse, I found a plastic lining in my soup halfway through eating it. I hope they get their act together soon.
