Wow, we just arrived here from Vegas and well, everything here is so different.
First, shout out to all the staff! Everyone, and I mean everyone is so friendly!! And nice!! I thought for sure the boss is here or corporate or the franchise owner. Smiles on everyone’s face.
Our order taker was so friendly! Helped with suggestions. Was friendly and clean. And just happy to be there!
The other staff just stopped by to say hello and see if we need anything. Like we were a celebrity.
They were like this with everyone. Hugs to other staff. Everyone seems to know each other. It is so strange when you’re from Vegas.
The entire place was so clean, every single corner. Even the baseboards. Not a spec of dirt to be found there. Inside and outside.
The food was good but their friendliness overpowered the food cuz we were in shock that everyone was so nice. And dressed so well.
Thank you for such a nice hospitality. I want to go back there just to hug everyone.
I really hope we have the same effect on our guests because this experience was so memorable. ❤️

This location used to be flawless but twice now they’ve gotten my order wrong and forgotten sauces. Today (see photos) I asked for extra pickles which the drive thru employee correctly entered into the ticket. Only to find ABSOLUTELY NO PICKLES ON MY SPICY SANDWICH. Thanks to whoever ruined half my lunch.

The person who said the service over-powers everything was 100% right, every one was super friendly, helpful and made the experience amazing! Patrick was so helpful when checking out helping me with remembering what sauce I wanted, Aracely checked in on us multiple times and had a genuine interest in making sure our meal was perfect! The food was amazing but the service takes it, thank you for being so friendly!

I came all the way down from Canon city to try this chick-fil-a and I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes straight because they didn’t have my order. After I got it they missed my fries and I didn’t get any of the sauces I asked for. I’m genuinely not coming here again because it’s crazy to me how you have me waiting for 30 minutes for food you weren’t even preparing and then missing stuff too. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Honestly the food wasn’t good at all either. It was cold and my sandwich was soggy. Overpriced slop.

Went through the drive thru and I didn’t seem to have any issues. Got home to discover my crunchy pepper topping for my cobb salad was missing. Not the end of the world. Everything else was spot on!

Aracely, Victoria, and Shannon were truly exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitudes made my visit extra enjoyable. I recently visited this drive-through restaurant and experienced consistently poor service. There was no greeting or smile from the staff—they simply asked for payment and handed over my food and drinks without any courtesy. After pulling away, I immediately checked my order and found it incorrect: I had requested light ice, but there was none at all, resulting in unpleasantly warm beverages.
This isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and issues persist every visit. They frequently open late, with the drive-through starting service about 8 minutes behind schedule on several occasions. Overall, the repeated problems make for a frustrating experience.
