Recently just discovered peppermint coffee. Love. Also recently discovered that it can be made at any time. Also love. So what i didn’t love was the fact that I pulled up at around 9 pm, ordered on the app for me and my girlfriend, come to find out that “hot coffee” wasn’t available and I only had the option of getting iced. Seeing as theres a line behind me, I already paid, and didnt want to cause a scene, I took it and left. Frustrated, I called my original store on 191 & Faudree, explained my mishap, and discovered the information I did about hot coffee’s availability and felt very offended at the laziness and rudeness of the young women working the evening shift on 42nd, despite trying to kindly apologize and offer me something I didn’t want or paid for. Even though I paid for my coffee I wanted again from 191 & Faudree, which I had no issue with doing, I was pleased to receive the customer service I got from them versus what I believe should’ve been in the first place with this location. And yes, its just coffee, not a big deal. What is a big deal to me is my time, gas and money being wasted on other people’s poor efforts. It may be “just Chik Fil La”, but it’s the principle of the matter and a lack of professionalism. 5 stars for the food and other products offered as always, but in my opinion no stars for service due to this experience and no stars for atmosphere because I don’t care to ever return to this location again to know what the atmosphere is like. I would rather go out of my way to my store on 191 & Faudree or to University. Sorry Nate.

Food was great as usual, customer service made me feel like a nuisance for getting the food that I paid for. We asked for extra sauce because we looked in the bag and saw there was only one sauce packet per meal, the girl at the window made an ugly face at me and said, “I put like, 8 in the bag” and refused to give me the sauce I asked for, just gave me 2 different sauces. I just said “okay” and drove off because how rude I’ve had nothing but issues with this specific location, the time before this they removed my payment method off of the mobile order when checking me in and were trying to make me pay for my order twice (it already came out of my bank account, she just deleted it off the order on the iPad) so I drove off without my food and disputed the charge with my bank. Employees are rude here and act like you’re a major inconvenience, especially when they make a mistake. I prefer the Chick-fil-A’s off University and Faudree, instead.

Ordered 14 dollars worth of food products and when I asked for souce they said it was 50 cents for 1 sauce I’ve been here plenty of times in other citys as. They never charged that much for 1 sauce container after purchasing a combo and my fries had no texture of salt I felt like a was eating cardboard and when I ask for fresh fries the manager didn’t meet my request very unprofessional I’m honored I was that one customer that had a bad experience wish I had a good on like everyone else

Twice they have given me cold chicken nuggets, asked for new chicken nuggets the 2nd time and they gave me barely not cold chicken nuggets. Then today I ordered breakfast on the app and got there 5 minutes after 10:30 and refused to give me my order. I know yall still had chicken minis. Could have just gave them to me. 2nd worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.

Love the food, but my most recent visit the cashier had attitude and made it seem like he didn’t want to scan my coupon I had, he tried to say it was expired but it didn’t expire for another five months. It shows on the receipt his name is Ruben R. He didn’t even bother to say my pleasure or show any gratitude either.

Parking is a hassle, but the new system they have for ordering your food is convenient and fast. They take your order car by car and you pay them on the spot then wait in line for your food. The location does suck but the food and freshly squeezed lemonade is worth it.

The girl at the window handing food is so rude she has blonde highlights and basically threw the food at us and didn’t even acknowledge us. I didn’t even know she was done giving me my food because she was ignoring me and didn’t say my pleasure or anything. We also asked for more sauce and the girl on the other side of the window said no and proceeded to hand it rudely. Definitely a bad experience!

I love Chick-fil-A but this one annoys me because the girls with the iPads taking the orders rush up to your car before you even get close to the menu or block the menu. Then you feel like you need to hurry and just order nuggets like aways because you haven’t go to see what else was there. I did go inside my last trip and it was much better. I don’t always have time to do that though.
