From when I pulled up I parked in the parking spot, I called my family and decent size order. I’d like to say everything was on point! From when I place the order and then gave it a minute and drove through the drive-thru the lady who greeted me was extremely kind I’m sorry I forgot her name. Once I approached the window that was a matter of minutes before I got my order as always I drove through and stopped and checked the bag and everything was there and correct. I was ecstatic!! Well done chick-fil-a, you never cease to amaze me!!!! (And my family we are forever your biggest fans!!) My mama was in the hospital last week and had a heart attack. Since she has recovered after a very long week of multiple procedures, she could not stop talking about wanting Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets. It’s quite humorous but also, a thing. A whole thing, vibe, etc! Rock on!!! ️

I’ll be honest: while our adult children have always been fans of the brand, my husband and I have never quite ‘drunk the kool-aid’ ourselves. However, today’s visit truly raised the bar and changed our perspective on what fast-casual service can look like.
We were incredibly impressed by the team members we encountered:
• Cameron (Register): He was exceptionally polite, kind, and service-oriented. His professionalism at the front of the house set a wonderful tone for our visit.
• Angela: (Dining Hostess)Her bright smile and gracious demeanor were a breath of fresh air. She provided ‘off-the-charts’ service that felt sincere rather than scripted. She even played into my hubby’s antics. As I sat with embarrassment, he thinks he’s funny.
It is rare to find a team that so consistently demonstrates this level of hospitality. We walked in out of convenience, as we were going to catch a movie shortly. We left as truly appreciative patrons. Kudos to this location for fostering such a kind and high-performing culture. Marble Falls location rules.

This Chick-fil-a is always good! I have never waited in line longer than 15 minutes, and thats with the line out to the street. Service is always amazing and top notch today I accidentally forgot to get my Cobb salad with grilled chicken and they took care of me no problem best Chick-fil-a in the hill country!

I love Chick-fil-A! Always a big fan of the atmosphere and the quick service and their attention to detail. However, this specific location has yet to reach those Chick-fil-A standards that I appreciate. The last two times I have come to this location, drive thru, I have been asked to pull over to the side to wait for chicken….you are a chicken place…it’s kind of sad when you ask your customers to park to wait for chicken…twice. I have also noticed that there were others asked to park to wait for their order.
Y’all got everything else down! The staff is very friendly, the food is always piping hot. It’s just this one detail that needs improvement:)

Stopped by Chick-fil-A in Marble Falls, Tx on 3 Feb, 2026 (highway 281) and truly was let down by the food I received! Muffin with sausage and egg was cold and had been sitting in the ben for a while! My hash browns were soggy and cold! Truly Sad with all the workers and managers that were present! To sum it up I have ate at Chick-fil-A so many times over the years and the food was always freshly made and delicious!

Stopped here with my daughter. On my way home after coming to town to see the Christmas lights service was absolutely terrible. Food quality was awful. I opened that Chick-fil-A. It’s sad to see that it has really gone south over the years. I will definitely not be back.

Love chick-fil-a. Just a bad experience this time, went in around 1pm and got a salad, soup and sandwhich. Tortilla soup. No spoon or tortillas. Just sad because I tried to drink it and not the same without tortillas. The rest of the food was great quality!
