Initially they got my order a little off but they were super helpful to fix it and in a very expedient manner. They missed 2 sandwiches out of 10 but replaced them as soon as I called back. Great customer service and VERY professional and polite!! Well done. I will be back!

I’m glad I waited to post a review for a month or so. They really did have a pretty rough opening. I actually think the location is too small, but there’s not a lot you can do about that. I also think they got overloaded right off the bat because people were so excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A. They didn’t really have a chance to ramp up, so they had to train while they were in the weeds.
It’s pretty rare to see smiling faces and friendly service that actually cares about you. Chick-fil-A has always been really good at this, and this location is doing well.

Had a great experience here. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our order came out quickly (we dined in). The tables and seats were all freshly cleaned and even had vases with fresh roses on them. There’s an indoor playground for smaller kids too, which we totally took advantage of. Will be back for sure

What a disappointment! I was sooo looking forward to having Chick-fil-A in Seguin. I’ve now been 4 times and have had issues every time! We have ordered large orders to my work and they get the order wrong EVERY TIME! Wrong items and missing items every time. They never fill up the fries and they are always burnt. And how are they gonna give us ONE RANCH and ONE Chick-fil-A sauce for an order with 10 different orders, each meal asking for the same sauce?! I also ordered through the mobile app and pulled up to the window and had to wait for TWENTY MINUTES with a screaming baby in the backseat. Totally unacceptable. I have never had this issue with any other Chick-fil-A and unfortunately would prefer to drive to NB than deal with this one.

The food is decent most days, but there are definitely times when it doesn’t taste great. Don’t expect ordering online to get you through the drive-thru any faster because it doesn’t work that way at this location. We’ve been here plenty of times and have learned that the regular drive-thru is actually faster than the mobile line. Even if there are only two cars in mobile and twenty in the regular line, you’ll still get your food quicker in the regular drive-thru. The employees aren’t the best either. Some come off as rude or just unfriendly. Always check your food before leaving because our order has been wrong every single time. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A we’ve been to.

I’ve visited 5 times since they’ve opened.
Up until this last time, I’ve looked past their mediocre service.
I showed up around 6:40am. It was my first time being there while they weren’t packed with customers and it ended up being the worst experience I’ve had at any Chick Fil A.
I only had 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru and it still took 30 minutes to receive my order. Not sure if the guy taking orders was stoned or just didn’t care but he spoke low and kept making me repeat myself. My order had missing items that I paid for and the food was cold.
When I went inside to ask for the missing items, the employees joked about the mistake with each other and took their time getting my replacement. The dining area was empty so it wasn’t like there was a rush inside either.
Before they opened up, a friend of mine made a comment about how Seguin would not be able to staff the restaurant to provide the quality of service CFA is known for. I hate to admit it but maybe she was right.

The food is always fresh and hot. The store is very clean. I go there at least 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. I have been thinking about stopping going there because of one employee, she is a Cashier, her name starts with Tab…, she has NEVER gotten my order right, she is very hard to hear and understand. Cashier could Not speak or understand English, of course got order wrong. Move her to the back or you lost another customer.
