I am so excited to have a new Chick-fil-A nearby! Every visit has been a great experience. The service is always above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and exactly what Chick-fil-A is known for.
One of my favorite features is the mobile drive-thru. On busy days when we’re in a rush, it makes grabbing a quick meal incredibly easy and smooth.
Orders are accurate, the staff is kind, and the whole process is just so well organized.
We’ve been several times already and it has been consistently excellent. So glad to have this location in our community!

This is a lovely chick-fil-A. Every person was super friendly, quick and polite, providing excellent service during our dine in visit. The interior is clean and well lit. The local decor with the flowers on the tables and local touches. The food came out quick, hot and tasted delicious. I am happy that this is our local chick-fil-A now. Always good for a family meal stop or with friends, even a date night for when you want to get away.

The service is usually really quick, which we appreciate. We also like that this location has mobile drive-thru, which makes ordering ahead really convenient. My kids especially enjoy the breakfast bowls.
One thing I do wish would change is the chicken. Its just not the same as it was a few years ago. The flavor just isn’t as good as it used to be, and lately we seem to get more pieces that are a little “off.”
My biggest complaint though (and this seems to be at every Chick-fil-A) is the cups. When there’s just a little bit of drink left, it starts to taste like Styrofoam. I’ve never had that issue anywhere else that uses Styrofoam cups, only Chick-fil-A.
Overall it’s still a good experience with fast service and convenient ordering.

This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond – if that’s even possible. Food and service are typical of the chain. It is the atmosphere that makes it so special – they have a wonderful marketing lady who hosts fun gatherings. For Thanksgiving they had fun activities for the kids and last night they held a few bingo sessions. My kids loved it and they had a full house of families! Thank y’all for being so awesome.

Had lunch at the new Chick-fil-A and decided to try out the Market Salad. Was pleasantly surprised by the size and how good it was. Staff was super friendly (as to be expected with any Chick-fil-A really) and order turn around was pretty quick for as busy as they were. Glad they are here and will be back again!

Right now I’m sitting inside this Chick fil a and my food is terrible my butter biscuit has no butter and it’s almost as hard as the table I ordered a breakfast chicken bowl and it was really rough. It amazes me that one Chick-fil-A or multiple Chick-fil-A‘s can be so much better than this particular Chick-fil-A. I’ve come here several times because it’s the closest Chick-fil-A to me. I live close to Canyon Lake and the spring branch location is the closest to me, but I would rather drive to the location on SW. Military Dr. in San Antonio because they always get it right. I even asked the cashier if he could get me a soft biscuit and he said I don’t think I can do that I was puzzled, but now I see why they’re not serving biscuits. They’re serving rocks.
Without butter. I’m going to give them credit on the hash browns they were OK but the previous times that I came here. The hashbrowns were a real dark brown color that I’m pretty sure it comes from dirty oil just nasty little things like that anyways I hope they can get it right and I’ll keep on trying here unless they go to Chick-fil-A on 306.

There is one younger guy there who literally runs your order to you. He is always the most pleasant person I think I’ve ever met. He always has a smile on his face and asks how I’m doing. Even if I’m having a bad day, that guys positive attitude makes me smile. I don’t know his name, but his mom’s name is the same as mine, Brianne (maybe Brianna).I don’t think I’ve ever had someone consistently run my order to me. He’s an impressive employee.
