I was introduced to the #7 combo with Pepper Jack cheese by my brother, and I instantly fell in love with it. It quickly became my go-to order, and I was excited to finally start ordering it on my own.
Unfortunately, since then I’ve run into a repeated issue—my order often comes with the wrong cheese. Even when the receipt clearly shows Pepper Jack, I still end up with something else. It’s frustrating because I’ve paid extra money trying to reorder to fix it, and I feel like I’m wasting money on a simple mistake that shouldn’t keep happening.
The timing and speed of service are okay, but this mix-up with the cheese has become a pattern, not a one-off slip. I’m not the type of person to usually complain, but the fact that I feel the need to speak up shows how often this problem has happened.
I really enjoy the food here—especially the #7 when it’s made right—and I want to keep coming back. I just hope the staff pays more attention to the details on the order slip, because those little mistakes really add up for regular customers like me.

So yesterday I had placed an order for delivery and it was a yougart parfait and chicken nugget with a cranberry drink and a Sunjoy drink. I had to pick out the blueberries out of my parfait because I am allergic to the blueberries thank goodness I had my allergic med. I had called the restaurant to see if they could take the blueberries out and i was told no that I could pick out the blueberries out myself and eat my yougart.

They sold this coffee while the Breakfast Menu was still open. I poured out most of the grinds to take the picture. Most disgusting coffee ever. When I picked up the phone order for my daughter, and said thank you, I was just told to pull up. No customary “My Pleasure” or even a “You’re Welcome”. Went to pickup windiw, not even a smile. TC continues to spiral.

I always place mobile orders with the Chick-fil-A app to rack up those points. I included a note to “make with love because it’s my son’s birthday”. Chick-fil-A in Texas City came through with this and a free cookie!

I love Chic-fil-a and was really excited about getting one locally, but the Texas City location is not up to CFA standards. This one takes longer to get orders out on some shifts. And I have had multiple mistakes with my orders. Hey I’m sorry, but that’s practically unheard of at the other locations. So this time, I get home and this is my berry parfait.

I’m so tired of comming here and your order is always incorrect. I came tonight for dinner order fried nuggets got grilled nuggets and I got my meal a large they didn’t even get my fries that I PAYED FOR it’s so anoyying getting home seeing your order missing/incrorrect. 9/10 my order is always incorrect or missing something this is just a time I didn’t check. So short story check your bags before leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Continued fantastic service. I’ve been visiting for over a year, and i have not had any issues. The team sends rewards regularly, and at this point, I’d go out of my way to visit this location as opposed to others. I have had nothing less than great service at this location. The customer service is on point, the food is hot, and my order is always correct. Also, they get bonus points for the free rewards I get just for visiting this location. Great job!!

I just went to this chick fil a today to get ranch for my order and none greeted me and then I stood at the side of the counter for about 5 minutes until i finally got someone’s attention because all i needed was ranch which was missing in my meal.
