This location doesn’t have a drive thru just fyi. Not an issue for me. The food is what you would expect from a chick fil a. Hot and fresh. Orders are correct. Food comes out at a reasonable time. Customer service can be good or not great. It depends on who’s at the counter. Overall, a solid safe choice here in Galveston where the local food options tend to mostly be mediocre.

I was visiting from Austin, and WOW. I had an amazing experience at this location!! Even though it was late at night, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, with such positive energy. The place felt so cozy and comfortable, which made the whole visit even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!!

Moved here recently thought we would give it a try but will not be back. They do not let you order in the app, they do not offer a full menu, no drive through, and they got the order wrong. If an already simple menu has been streamlined there should be no mistakes when there is no line. They also don’t want our loyalty since the app benefits are not available.

Allen, the man at checkout was an absolute jerk like non other. He messed up two out of four orders and was very combatative about everything. Also I was under the impression you had to be polite and at least pretend to be respectful to customers in order to work at Chick-fil-A. Apparently not. On the other hand the hostess was as nice as could be, I didn’t catch his name but I wish I would have. The food was decent but not as good as any other locations I’ve been to.

Never been in a Chick- fil-A in a big town that doesn’t not carry everything on the menu ( like chicken strips) nor accepts your Q code for points etc. Very disappointing actually. Especially for a free standing restaurant. I can see if it was in an airport that they carry a limited menu, but did not expect this place to be like that.

It’s Chik-fil-A on the beach, the food is what you would expect, great, the service as well, nothing unusual about a Chick-fil-A establishment. A service shout-out for Ozlem, she is always smiling and engaging other than the usual attributes if a Chick-fil-A associate. Also, manager Jessica went above and beyond when the Dipping Dots associate was in break, she managed to accommodate my 3 year old granddaughter that would have surely been disappointed for not have her well deserved treat when she ate her lunch, thank you Jessica, you will remember our conversation, you said I have the same name as your brother

Cute Chick-Fil-A on Seawall Blvd in Galveston. Across the street from the Pier, too. Staff was sweet. Smaller than the usual Chick-Fil-A. Doesn’t have a drive though. Although I can see how difficult it would be to have one at this location. It’s a busy area. Can’t imagine during tourist season.

Long story short, me and my husband came down from Fort Worth for our wedding anniversary. Went to The Spot, lost MY wallet, 3 weeks later a girl by the name of Miranda called me and told me that she found my wallet in lost and found and that she will ship it back to me. This girl stuck with her word and actual shipped my wallet back to me. Y’all gotta give this her a good raise by God.

Food is good and employees are nice as usual, but there is little parking, no kids meals or points usage. Also there are just 4 tables and a bar style seating area with a good view. Glad half the space is used for a pretzel and dippin’ dot stand too
