I’ve been to this location multiple times, and it’s one of my favorite ones to go to when I’m in the area. When I first went here last year, my order was taken by an employee named Taylor; she was very nice and put down my order with no mistakes, and my experience has been just as good with every other employee. My favorite meal is the 30-count nuggets; it’s the best way to hit your protein goals since it has 100g of protein with only 900 calories and 500 cal if you get the grilled nuggets. I hope one day they add a protein shake with at least 20g of protein.

These two employees were making fun of me when picking up my order.I asked them for my food and they said go around there and wait for someone to help you and they were not even doing anything. After that they look each other said something I couldn’t hear and started laughing at me out loud.That is not nice they need better training and learn manners.

We purchased a 12-count nugget meal in the morning, and the nuggets tasted like the oil was extremely old. The flavor was very unpleasant, so later that afternoon I returned to the store to request an exchange. I couldn’t come earlier because I was working.

I explained that I didn’t have a physical receipt because I ordered through the app. The manager spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the order in the system and was unable to find it. I then offered to show my bank statement as proof that the purchase was made that same day. She said she would look at it but walked away for another 15 minutes.

After waiting all that time, I ended up leaving with no food at all. The entire process took an unreasonable amount of time for a simple food exchange, especially considering the issue was due to the quality of the food.

The worst service I’ve had from a chick-fil-A. I placed a order at 9pm with my kids and once I arrived at the window I was told I needed to re order be “the order didn’t go through” even though they took my payment. Then I get the kids meal and they were all ICE COLD & not all the way cooked. I called soon as I got home and the manager “Rosa M” whom was highly unprofessional suggest that I put my kids back in the car (really cold outside) and bring the food back. I asked if I could bring tomo she said no you need to come back tonight. Very unreasonable and showed no interest in my concerns. I again never experienced this treatment from any chick-fil-a location.

I wanted to give a wonderful review to Ms. Paige. My wife had a stressful day at work to the point of tears and she came out with a smile to surprise her through the drive thru and gave her an ice cream cup. Update: they ended up charging me twice and my points have disappeared. Also charged me extra for an incorrect item. Frustrating experience

I had a disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today. I came to redeem my free biscuit through the app and wanted to add and pay for an additional biscuit.

The employee who took my order seemed very rushed. Even though I said multiple times that I wanted to add another biscuit, my order wasn’t repeated back to me, my app was scanned, and he walked away without letting me pay. When I spoke to another employee, he was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated but he said Benjamin was “locked in.” Being locked in means doing your EASY job correctly and not being rude.

When the original employee returned, he responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “You came for the free biscuit, you got the free biscuit.” That felt dismissive and unnecessary. If he had taken a moment to listen, the situation could have been avoided. No wonder this place has a high turnover. Can’t do a simple job

Of all the Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been to (and it’s a lot), this is the worst. Getting in and out is horribly confusing and congested. Very little parking. Access is… well… stupid.
I will avoid this location in the future.
