This Chick-fil-A location is horrible to say the least. I complained to corporate about three months ago regarding this location and the terrible terrible manager and nothing‘s been done. The establishment has only gotten worse.
The manager has got to be the worst manager on this planet. She is very untrained and pretty clueless.
Thought I’d give them another shot the other day & ordered a frosted coffee (figured how could they mess that up). It was barely even filled 3/4 of the way in the cup but of course they charged me full price. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in immediately because this location needs a huge training session. Anytime I pass it, it’s literally always empty and I understand why.

Chicken is really nasty. It’s tastes gamey! Not a bit crispy – like it hasn’t been cooked all the way through. Last time I ordered there was a blonde hair in the hash browns. I’ll never order from this location again!

The cashier Chelsea doesn’t care about the customer I told her I had a reward scanned my app it didn’t take it off I didn’t realize until I paid that I was charged for the free item that was on my reward ….there wasn’t a line for her to feel so rushed to get from in front of the register. She needs to be coached on having patient and listening to guest. Not just hurry up and take orders and get out of window

This Chick-fil-A location truly stands out. The speed of service is impressive, and my order was accurate, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, organized, and pleasant, making it a great place to grab a meal whether you’re dining in or on the go. Consistently great customer service, definitely one of my favorite locations!

Handed the person at the drive thru exact change, she claims i didn’t but I know for a fact I did but didnt have time to argue so I give her my card & she overcharged me by $5, didnt give me a receipt so I didn’t know till I checked my account later. So the employee basically stole a total of $23 from me. Never going back to this crooked location again!!!!

Firstly, I thought I’d dine ‘in’ but the entire dining area is outside. Super hot in Texas. This was a poor choice. Next, I was ignored for like 10 minutes before somebody took my order. I stood at the Order window and basically had to stick my head in. They were looking at me but not helping. Even asked if I needed help an and kept going.
When my order was finally taken, the manager himself could not speak of enough English to help me. I had to switch to Spanish, My broken Spanish. I feel bad for anyone that is not bilingual in Spanish (in this English speaking country). This location could really benefit from diversifying its workers. This was one of the rudest most unwelcoming Chick-fil-a’s I have been to and I have been to Chick-fil-a in nearly every state. I’m used to chic fil a being run by a bunch of 15-18 year olds and they do a better job than this crew of mainly adults.

Today, around two or almost three in the afternoon, I arrived, and the person who served me was in a terrible mood, and now I realize something was wrong; nothing I received was what I had ordered. Seriously, that girl had a terrible attitude. I always shop there, and usually everyone is very friendly, but this girl, who from what I could tell spoke Spanish, gave me a dirty look when I spoke to her in Spanish and replied in English in a very rude way; it wouldn’t have cost her anything to tell me she didn’t speak Spanish, and the same thing happened when I spoke to her in English.

This Chick-fil-A location is always amazing! ❤️ The food is fresh, hot, and delicious every single time . The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are unbeatable , and the milkshakes are the perfect treat .
The staff here are so friendly and polite — they always greet you with a smile and make sure your order is perfect every time. Service is super fast too ⏱️ .

This is normally not my chick fila. I only visit this loction when I visit my mom and take her lunch. I’m writing a review since they have never sent me the survey of how was my experience. My home location Friendswood does. ( Not that they need to because its always superb in Friendswood) . This Stafford location needs to do better. I ordered just a little earlier from mobile app and I was given the notification my order was ready and employee would be out shortly but it didnt happen right away. I have a short drive to moms and my food was cold as soon as we were eating it.. So it lead me to believe that my order sat before they finally brought it out. Oh and it was not BUSY!
