This location keeps a line even late at night just have some lazy closing tactics with a long line and the kitchen door wide open. And will serve you food that tastes old and dry. Not the usual quality I’m use too. Do better.

One of the better Chck-fil-A I’ve actually been to. It’s just a chain restaurant & I get it. But not all restaurants operate the same. This one was very efficient. A line wrapped around the building & I can name off so many pluses; quick service, smile on the employees faces, order made right!. This chick fil A in my opinion just made it happen seamlessly. & on a hot Texas afternoon , for the employees to still appear to be happy, I was impressed. Excellent customer service.

Did a curb side order today, because I had my baby with me and she was fuzzy and didn’t want to wait to long on my order. They forgot to put my spicy deluxe sandwich in the bag. The gave me granolas instead of tortilla chips for my salad. And my daughter nuggets were cold, I had to reheat them once we got home. It’s ALWAYS an issue at this chick fil a !!

Drive thru for a late lunch. The guy who took my order was very friendly & nice, and they delivered my food very quickly with exactly what I requested down to the “I only need 1 each of the 2 flavors of dipping sauce” and the food, 12 piece chicken nugget & waffle fries were perfect!

Friday July 28,2023 I got the worst sandwich ever. Lettuce wilted hard bun the chicken was the only good thing about the sandwich. I tried to call the manager, got vm and memory was full. My home town location. I always get sales on my way home. GREAT SALADS.

My friend and I went to this location last week with each of our 1-year-olds. The hospitality manager, Sam, was amazing. It was like he knew what we needed before we did! He brought both of us high chairs, helped me carry my drinks from the cashier counter, etc. The restaurant as a whole was clean and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Though that never surprises me when I go to a Chick-fil-a. During a prior visit, the manager working the drive-thru window was also so great. This is definitely our favorite location!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I get in the drive thru to pick up my ONLINE order and there’s only one person in each lane. The person in front of me has multiple different orders with multiple payment methods. Then they start having technical difficulties apparently with the ipad. The person in the other lane pulls forward and the other worker is just standing there leaning up against the pole twiddling his thumbs when he could have easily taken my order instead of doing absolutely nothing. Well over 10 minutes later the ONE car in front of me finally pulls forward and when i say i have an online order he says “breakfast is over and they throw everything away at 10:30” like are you kidding me !!!! Both of you seen me waiting behind that car the whole time!!!!! I wasted all that time for absolutely nothing!!! I am beyond pissed , great way to ruin someones morning. TERRIBLE LOCATION & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
