I normally don’t do this but after this morning and how I still feel regards what happened, I feel I need to say something. I went to check the reviews and I saw similar opinions and I think is just too much. As community we deserve good quality in what we consume. This type of things in a restaurant is unacceptable. After my daughter saw this into her food I couldn’t eat anything else. I went and they just change the box, who can trust in this place again? They don’t even offered a refund. I’m totally disappointed.

This is the worst chick fil an I ever been to !! I ordered two number 1’s, a large one without pickles, and one regular, and I received just the chicken, no bun at all. I also received a medium drink instead of my large drink. When I told someone about the mishap of my food, he told me I heard y’all talking about no bun on the sandwich… why would I order a sandwich without a bun? I would’ve just ordered tenders or nuggets. Also, I asked for sauce with “both meals.” They put 1 chick fil a sauce, 1 Polynesian, and 1 honey mustard. I will NEVER come back to this location ever again!

Ima dasher in local area and every time I come here to pick up orders for YOUR customers you guys ignore more for more than Five minutes every time as other customers are not.
You guys see me there and don’t even acknowledge that i’m there until I ask ais the order is ready! So better for your local Dash customers guys. Cuz I do let your customer know that their food is late because I don’t get the courtesy other walk up customers get. Do better guys!!!

This is the nastiest Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been in. I normally dine-in when I go to Chick-fil-a so that my kid can play and normally have no issue with cleanliness. But it is very difficult to to enjoy the visit when there’s trash everywhere and none of the tables are cleaned. The trash bins are full. Oddly enough, they have cleaning supplies out at each napkin station. I guess customers are expected to clean after themselves. It’s so strange because it’s not busy at all and the workers are just standing around in the kitchen. Also the fries taste like they were fried in old grease and the bread on my sandwich was hard.

This is 3rd time visiting this location in the last week. I pass 2 Chick-fil-A on my commute. This location is so efficient and the food is always fresh. The employees are very nice and they all have beautiful smiles every time I visit!

I have a really bad experience with this branch of a Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive-through. I met the guy he took the order from me. I went to the window to take the order. I found them asking me again for the second time after waiting then I gave him the order for the second time he moved me forward to wait for the second time order after this the guy come to me with a wrong order And he asked me for the third time for my order. I told him thank you Where is the manager
the manager came to me and his name is RJ and he was so cold
He tried to convince me that this is normal that he takes the order from me like three times. I asked him again for the second time. Is this normal to take the order from me three times to make it and he said yes I said OK. I need my money back and this was my first and the last time to come for this Branch.
So after waiting for 15 minutes parking my vehicle in the sun, this was the answer from the manager

Only picked up a Mac & Cheese
It was delicious. Better than a lot of Fine Dining Restaurants. It’s real, no mix & not processed.

I had to wait unnecessarily for a medium cup & bag had been on counter for over 5 minutes.

This location is generally very good. Not sure if management changed but they looked unorganized.

Really getting tired that they keep messing up orders. Last time they forgot one order of fries. Today they forgot one sandwich. It’s really frustrating that they are so hit and miss. But lord forbid you ask for too many sauces. They get stingy about the sauces. How about instead of worrying about the sauces yall do better about making sure orders are accurate?

I got sick after eating a salad from this Chick-fil-A on May 18, 2025. While eating at work, I ate a few cherry tomatoes and noticed one tasted strange. I then saw that the last tomato was visibly moldy and rotten. I stopped eating immediately and submitted a complaint with a photo.

The next day, I developed stomach pain, which worsened into severe vomiting and diarrhea. I had to go to urgent care and missed several days of work. Chick-fil-A forwarded my case to their insurance company, which denied responsibility, saying the photo “wasn’t clear enough” and the tomato only looked “less fresh.”

I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor customer care. Food safety should be taken seriously. I hope this location—and Chick-fil-A as a company—reviews their food handling procedures and does better in responding to valid health concerns.
