Chick-fil-A was a solid low-key date night spot. Food came out hot and tasty, and the staff was friendly. They missed the nugget count on my date’s meal; he chose not to have it fixed. Tables could have used a cleanup, but overall it was still a good experience. Convenient location makes it an easy return.

One of the cleanest Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. The chicken always tastes fresh. Service can be a bit slow at times but I’ve yet had any issues with my order and I’ve been coming here since it first opened.

Was just in there and I ordered my fiancé a 12 count nugget meal I paid $11.64 for a 12 count and received the 8 count and has trying to get in contact with the store to let them know but no answer so if anyone could possibly get me in contact with the store that would be much appreciated and I believe the 12 count nugget box is red and this is clearly not a 12 count nugget box

This has happened to me a few times now when I order the #1 deluxe, I am given the spicy version instead. This has happened to me in person, drive thru and delivery. I do not like the spicy sandwhich. I may get reimbursed for my sandwhich but the issue is still happening. Better separation and clarification between the sandwiches needs to be implemented

The guy working the drive thru talks so quiet you can barely hear him and then ignores any questions he gets asked. Had to ask him to repeat himself twice. Take him off the speaker. Slowest drive thru at a CFA I’ve ever seen. This was Tues morning at 1120am.

I didn’t think I would need to write a review about this but this has been a reoccurring problem. I really enjoy the Mac and cheese here so I order it every time. Over time I started to notice that when ordering the medium size, the amount I would get would equal to the amount in the small. It seems the only thing I’m paying extra for is the cup. I don’t like the fact that I keep getting ripped off every time. I’ve also had this experience with the fries as well. How disappointing.

I ordered through the app for delivery around 15-30 wait. As one does I went on with my night after ordering to then realize my food never showed up 1 hour later. I call to see what’s the hold up and what sounded like a young lady answered and gave me an update around 30 minutes. So i waited again another HOUR and nothing… No email my food was even delivered. SO I CALL AGAIN to figure out it was delivered to the wrong address and i was unaware of it ever being delivered!!!!! I had to come pick up my food due to it being past 8 and they don’t deliver after. I come to this location when i don’t want to deal with kuykendahl but this location is by far the worst in spring… drive the extra mile to the other location

Just another Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Spring area. Their parking lot layout is kind of crazy. The people are friendly and helpful here. The food was good and tasted like it should.

This is by far one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in the area! It’s always super clean, and the customer service is the best If I had to choose one Chick-fil-A around here, it would definitely be this one on Spring Stuebner. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, this location is nearest my house, and it is easily the worst Chik fil a operator I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been dozens of times over a year now. Today broke me, and I will now be driving further away to a different location.
1. You are at risk of being trapped in the morning drive thru UP TO 25 MINUTES WITHOUT A SINGLE CAR MOVING.
2. 50/50 chance that not only will your condiments be missing, but perhaps an entire side or sandwich. Can’t ever drive off without checking, which unfortunately holds up the line more bc no one trusts them to get it right.
3. Order ahead? Hahahahhaha. No no, you’ll still be waiting inside over 10 mins because they don’t start your mobile order til you’re there (and that’s if you’re lucky).
This Chik Fil A is NOT fast, and they don’t care whatsoever.
