I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The team member, Lainey, was so personable and friendly. She made sure my order was perfect and even offered to make my coffee for me — such a thoughtful touch! I decided to add the cream and sugar myself, but I really appreciated the offer.
The restaurant was spotless (see photo of them hard at work cleaning), the service was fast, and everyone had a smile on their face. You can tell this location truly values great customer service. Thanks again, Lainey, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

I love chic fil a, okay. But I was a little disappointed that when I ordered delivery thru Uber Eats, I got my drink and there was no sticker on it to know if someone opened my drink. The food was great like always, but I wish my drink was secure like my food was.

My wife and I stopped at this Chick‑fil‑A for lunch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The Asian employee at the register was unable to understand my order, and as a result, we received the wrong items. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and two lemonades, but we were only given a salad and one lemonade. When I tried to clarify the mistake, the communication issue continued, and the order was still not corrected.
It was surprising to see that the staff did not seem properly trained for basic customer interaction, especially at the front counter. This location appears to be struggling with staffing and service quality, and it shows in the customer experience.
Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this Chick‑fil‑A. The service was poor, the order was incorrect, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expect from this brand.
This franchise should be revoked and the place should just close it’s doors to protect the brand.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, they’ve never got my order wrong. And I order a lot as a family of 5. I remember one time they forgot my sandwich but I hadn’t check my bag yet and they called my phone number from the mobile app to let me know they hadn’t put it in the bag, I was only 3 minutes down the road and it was awesome!!
But today 9/23/2025 at around 7:30 PM, the nicest lady was at the drive through window and we asked if there’s anyyyyy Astros bobble heads left (we were a bit late since our kiddo had baseball) and she went in to ask and was able to make my kids’ day! Forever my favorite chick fil a!!!

Lainey was AWESOME!!! I loved her personality and her customer service. Fries were great, I had all whole fries no little pieces. The spicy chicken sandwich was VERY small at this location. It was so thin that you really couldn’t taste the chicken. Everyone here was very polite and helpful.

This store apparently does not care about Christian values, or customer service..
If someone wants to see what a real Chic-Fil-A is like,, go visit the Jones road and 249 store.. This store might even send their managers over there to be trained properly.

The food was excellent, as usual for CFA. The thing that made this location standout, though, was the superb service. Every single member of staff I saw today at lunch was friendly and quick to help. Even during lunch hour, with many customers in the store, my food arrived quickly and the service was impeccable.

I love Chick-fil-A and I normally have a great experience, but today was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I arrived, but I still had to wait for my food.
When I finally got my lunch, the salad I ordered looked old and even a bit moldy. For almost $10, I expect fresh ingredients, and this was definitely not fresh. On top of that, my iced peppermint coffee didn’t taste good at all.
I was really looking forward to my meal, and it was frustrating to receive food that wasn’t up to Chick-fil-A’s usual quality.

Unfortunately every time I come to this location I have to pull aside and wait for my food every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to is always fast they have the food waiting for you when you pull up I’m not sure what the issue is here but there’s clearly something about the way they’re running the operation that doesn’t work. in addition the main reason I come to Chick-fil-A is for their shakes and their ice cream machine is broken. Last but not least the fries were not cooked they were Raw definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience
