I’m not sure where the break down in communication is but the last couple of times I have come to this location, they have gotten my order wrong. I love Chick-fil-A, the food is good, and I love the principles and values they stand on but lately the service has not been good. No matter how small or big the order has been, they’ve gotten my order wrong. I was so happen when we got this restaurant in our area. Please do better!

Today at about 1:15 Friday the 13th. I came into this location as I do multiple times a week. This is the first time that I’ve had bad service. As the young lady was taking my order at the counter, she rolled her eyes and shook her head like I was a big problem to her. Every time I spoke she would roll her eyes and shake her head. I found this incredibly disrespectful and I left and went to drive through where I was helped by Nick, he was incredibly respectful and got my order right took his time to make sure that I was taken care of. I appreciate his generosity and professionalism. I usually come into this location to decompress from work before I head home. I usually dine in because I enjoy the atmosphere but unpleasant experience with the cashier as made second guess dining in from now on around this. I will update after I find out this employee’s name. And thank you to Nick for making things right after things went wrong.

I love chick fil a, me and my husband refer to it as “The Lords Chicken”. I’m gona sum up our experiences for this specific location,

~You have a 50% chance to receive pickles, it has been even across the board. (I have a grudge against whoever is taking them)
~people are very friendly, but seem to be in the way of eachother? Overstaffed? Maybe just clumsy. Good friendly people, not very good coordination.
~if you have a food allergy 60% of time they will not read the labels for what to take out/ substitute. I’m not super mad about this, but i do have to waste time to go back and get my order fixed.
~They are very fast, no matter how busy it looks you always get your order in a timely manner.
~(bonus) i love how they don’t sound like robots like other locations lol. Lets keep being human

I frequent this Chick-fil-A and it is typically for breakfast. I always get chicken minis and every single time I request, honey. Whether I’m door, dashing, in person, or in the drive-through I never received the honey. I have to go back inside and request it. Why give the option to order sauce if it never gets put into the bag?

Terrible location. My order is always wrong, something is either missing or my order isn’t made correctly. The portions are terrible. My fries are never filled, I understand they were busy today, which is expected from Chick-fil-a however I should not receive cold food. My fries were stale and inedible and my patty was small and thin the only edible item was my mac n cheese. Do better the service is subpar in comparison to other chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and can recommend this location for great food and fast service — especially if you’re going through the drive-thru. I’ve been through many times and it’s always been quick and consistent.

My issue isn’t with the food at all; it’s with one dine-in experience. I’ll chalk some of it up to being a Friday night in a college town, but the place seemed really short-staffed. It showed in the lack of attention and follow-through — I expect this from any other fast food place but not here haha. I understand this isn’t full table service, but when you order from your table with the QR code and then see staff standing around chatting with friends instead of checking on customers, it’s a little frustrating.

All in all, I’ll definitely be back — just not on a Friday night and probably not to eat inside. Thankfully, the drive-thru here is always on point!

Do you know how many times chick fil a has to be bad to leave a review… food is not that bad from here comparable to other CFA. It’s just the fact that they park everyone 90% of the time. They care more about what computer says on time than actual time you have to wait?? This happens even at 6am when no one is there, 4 pm with barely a rush or 8pm when no one is even behind you or at the ordering area in line!!! It’s happened multiple times where it’s worth leaving bad review. Especially when you do not even order custom. You shouldn’t have to wait that long for regular menu items and no customization at all ( for fear of being parked)

This chick fil a is known for their slow service but today they really out did themselves for their slow service. I arrived with my boyfriend to eat a lunch before working at 1. At 12:26 we’re decided to order our food for dine in on the app since there was a long line and not to overwhelm the workers. Something that was also supposed to be a fast service turned into us waiting 40!! Mins to get our food. Guests who also came in the same time as us were leaving when we barely got our food. My boyfriend ate his food so fast while I had to take it to go, and eat a cold meal at work. I wanted to have a nice lunch with my boyfriend turned into an annoying outing. The manger when have brought our food did not comment on how long it took us to get our food or apologize for the inconvenience and service we had. Before this my boyfriend did go and ask where our food was when a young lady told him it’ll be out shortly and gave him our drinks still 10 mins went by before the manger brought our food. I never like to get upset we customer service for working in retail but some constructive criticism is owed. Having to wait in curbside for a sandwich I had ordered at another date for drive thru was unacceptable but I brushed it off bc they were busy. But this chick fil a is just horribly slow
