This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. The service is excessively slow. I have canceled app orders due to waiting so long. When I moved to my apartment, I was so excited to be so close to a Fil A. They could learn from Copperfield and NW crossing on how to move the lines faster.

Im shocked! After 30 years, countless meals and locations…. I finally had an employee at Chick-fil-A not say “my pleasure ” lol which is fine, thats more of a little giggle. But jeez, this young lady Guadalupe. Such a grumpy attitude. Comes across as “Im over it, dont want to be here” a friendly reminder. smiles are free.

Came through the drive thru with a mobile order, food came out fast no complaints there. However, I had also ordered two of the new reusable cups and had not received them. When my boyfriend went inside with a receipt to ask about the cups, a worker said that she gave them to us in a separate bag which we never got. When he came back with the bag of food to show we never received a second bag, the worker gave us the cups no questions asked.
I understand the habit of guests saying they didn’t receive parts of their order when it’s just hidden away in the bag, but I mean it’s two cups. I don’t understand how we, or in this case the worker, could’ve missed them.

I don’t know many people that like to eat their Chik Fil A dry, without the sauces. After all the sauces make Chik Fil A what it is. I hardly order anymore because it’s been a trend that I’m not happy to receive my food sauce less.

They can’t seem to understand when I add an extra egg to a biscuit or muffin order either in the drive thru or on the app. I have gotten either 2 egg whites or 1 egg patty 3 times in the last 5 orders. This is not an ordering issue as the people bill me for it, but I don’t get what I ask for. This is a more recent problem so hopefully it’s a temporary issue.

The only problem that I have with this location is that every time I come here whether it be right after breakfast, the afternoon, or the evening and order anything with fries. They are somewhat cold, kinda stale, limp, sometimes orange, and not as crunchy as other locations. Maybe it’s their fryers but they’re always a hit or miss.
